Biography
Young Years
Xavisus was an avid sports fan when he was younger. He enjoyed playing basketball, rugby, and football—all three of which he still excels at now.
Even though he performed some weight training, he mostly concentrated on improving his cardiovascular fitness for these sports, thus he didn’t develop the muscular mass he desired for aesthetic reasons.
Becoming a Marine
After graduating from high school, Xavisus decided to enlist in the US Marines. He enlisted in the US Marines and was assigned to the Philippines, Thailand, Okinawa, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other parts of Japan.
He was also positioned on the USS Rushmore, a vessel utilized for the transportation of hovercraft and other machinery.
Xavisus was assigned to Iraq for deployment in addition to these tranquil locations. Unfortunately, he developed persistent migraines while on his trip.
He discovered that using weights in the gym to exercise helped him manage his pain, so he continued.
Forum Posting
He also discovered a marine column at this time on a well-known bodybuilding website. He started to routinely update the site with information on his physical development and his competitive plans.
As more and more people on this website started to notice Xavisus’ achievements, both military and civilian, his popularity on this page soared.
He claimed to have discovered “a group pursuing the same goals you are.”
Leaving for the US
Xavisus continued to exercise after his return to the United States. He hired a reputable trainer and started pushing himself to the maximum.
Xavisus started training to be the best because his coach informed him he had the genetic potential to be a professional competitor. He claims to live by this concept in all of his endeavors.
Competing
In 2009, Xavisus began taking the competition seriously. The 2011 NPC MuscleContest Bodybuilding, Physique, Figure, and Bikini Championships served as his debut big competition.
He didn’t place it here, but it was undoubtedly not a portent of things to come.
The NPC Arizona Open was the following event in which he participated. He was aware that he needed to succeed this time, and he did it by finishing in strong second place.
For the following 1.5 years, Xavisus would continue to take part in various NPC and IFBB competitions and finish in the top ten.
Developing Professionally
2013 marked a turning point in Xavisus’ career. He knew that if he placed first at the 2013 NPC Spartan Championships, he would receive his Pro Card.
He was pleased that he had finally been accepted into the professional competition circuit when the judges announced his name as the winner.
Following this, he started competing in professional events, finishing in the top three seven times between 2013 and 2016.
He also took first place in the 2014 IFBB Titans Grand Prix Pro, and he finished ninth in the Men’s Physique competition during the Mr. Olympia weekend.
Training
Routines For Hard And Long Training
Xavisus manages to balance his workouts, his Marine Corps career, his family, and his kids.
He squeezes in two, and occasionally three, sessions per day, emphasizing compound movements and intensity throughout a double (or triple) split.
Favorite Workouts
The inclined bench press, the barbell shoulder press, and the bent-over high row are the workouts that Xavisus would select if he had to pick only three.
These traditional exercises are Xavisus’ preferred motions since they are compound exercises that stimulate multiple muscles simultaneously in addition to the main target muscle.
Nutrition
He makes his food
Xavisus Gayden prepares five to six meals in the morning, including chicken, steak, tuna, brown rice, oats, and egg whites.
To ensure that he can provide his body with a consistent supply of nutrients throughout the day, he puts them in Tupperware containers and brings them with him to his workplace.
Keeping Slim
Rather than bulking up or cutting, Xavisus Gayden opts to maintain a lean physique all year long. By doing this, he can prevent both gaining too much weight and having to go through a challenging trim period.
He makes an effort to maintain a weight of approximately 205 pounds, which, at 6 feet 1, he considers to be a stable weight.
Supplements
Supplements are essential to Xavisus’ objectives. To enhance his capacity for muscular growth, he frequently consumes whey protein shakes along with a range of vitamin and BCAA pills and liquids.
Influences and Idols
The biggest motivator for Xavisus is his wife. He claims that having her in his life inspires him to do better every day.
There are numerous moments I wish I could give you, but there aren’t enough hours in the day for me to stand by you the way you support me in all the ways you do, Xavisus writes in a social media post.
The moment you told me you and Lil X were proud of me was my love, my prize, and my win!
What Xavisus Gayden can teach us?
The life of Xavisus Gayden is one of unwavering commitment and selflessness.
He is a former US Marine who served in Iraq, but he has always maintained his desire of being a bodybuilder, occasionally finding time to squeeze in three sessions each day.
Without a complete commitment to reaching your objectives, it could be difficult to identify your route if you want to develop a career in the fitness industry.
This will need diligent training in and out of the gym, which will have an impact on every aspect of your life.
