Who Is Carolinne Hobo?
Brazilian CrossFit competitor and businesswoman Carolinne Hobo takes part in the South American Regional CF competitions.
Carolinne, a former Brazilian handball professional, initially learned about CrossFit in 2012. Around this time, one of her friends advised Carolinne to give CrossFit a try.
Although first hesitant, Caroline quickly fell in love with CrossFit after giving it a try. Since then, she has been taking part in the sport.
“I didn’t know much about it, and in Brazil, it wasn’t a very common sport.
My Australian friend had pushed me to join, but I found the setting odd given how cramped and underequipped it was. I started participating in CrossFit competitions in a little more than three months.

Short Career of Carolinne Hobo
Carolinne works as a coach and instructor of CrossFit at gyms in So Paulo, and she also finds time to work out for up to five hours, split into two exercises per day.
Carolinne concentrates on her endurance, stamina, and conditioning during one session. Her second workout, on the other hand, focuses entirely on strength development and heavy lifting.
