Biography
Short Career of Amanda Bucci
Growing up with a natural athletic talent, Amanda played soccer and lacrosse as a child. She was born and reared in Rhode Island, the smallest state in the USA.
She was healthy and energetic, but the child discovered that team sports weren’t her thing.
Amanda looked up to her grandfather at this period, a world champion powerlifter, and this is eventually what motivated her to join her neighborhood gym.
“When I first started learning, I didn’t have the money to hire a coach to instruct me. I had to take control of the situation myself and use the Internet, YouTube, and Instagram as resources. (Amanda Bucci)
After starting to lift weights five years ago, Amanda put a lot of effort into shaping her ideal physique.
She progressed during this time by teaching herself the correct form for the big three lifts: the squat, deadlift, and bench press. Soon after, her parents urged her to compete in a fitness competition.
As a result, Amanda made her OCB Yankee Classic debut in 2013. She entered two categories, the Bikini Debut and the Bikini Novice A Class, to gain recognition in the business.
Despite her inexperience, Amanda’s physique thrilled the judges, who gave her the Bikini Novice A Class trophy and a very respectable second place in the Bikini Debut.
Star Of Social Media
In the following three years, Amanda competed in a further six tournaments, finishing in the top three in every one of them, earning her two more awards.
Along with her success as a bikini athlete, the young woman started an Instagram account because she wanted to share her journey and inspire others via exercise.
By 2017, Amanda had a sizable following. With her amazing hourglass form, she became known as a rising fitness sensation.
“My fan base grew pretty naturally. I never specifically sought out shout-outs, I never bought followers, and I never gave much thought to how many followers or likes I had. (Amanda Bucci)
Plan For Amanda Bucci’s training
I’ve learned what doesn’t work, which is why I’m so in tune with my body and how it functions now.
Training (Workout)
Amanda Bucci works in the gym five to six days a week to lift weights. She incorporates HIIT into her workouts to efficiently burn body fat and maintain a high level of aerobic fitness.
Amanda typically completes 15 to 20 repetitions of each exercise since she feels that high-volume training improves her body’s response.
The Amanda Bucci Diet
I took the time to look into whether it fits your macros.
Nutrition (Diet Plan)
If it fits your macros (IIFYM) dieting is something that Amanda strongly supports. Instead of adhering to a rigorous eating plan, she prefers this flexible manner of eating since it allows her to enjoy the variety of things she can eat.
Amanda doesn’t require cheat days as long as she follows this IIFYM strategy.
She just emphasizes moderation; if she has an ice cream craving, she will have a specific amount of ice cream that is within her daily calorie allowance.
“When I discovered flexible diets, something clicked. I’m not going to gain weight if I eat everything I want. Isn’t that what everyone wants?
A truly flexible dieter is aware that it is not so easy and that we must focus on the nutritional worth of the MAJORITY of the foods we eat.
Anyhow, I discovered that I could manage my body after learning how to control my intake. (Amanda Bucci)
To learn more, I used articles from Bodybuilding.com, YouTube (Layne Norton, Matt Ogus, and Nick Cheadle, to name a few notable people), and Instagram users.
Influences And Idols
When Amanda was younger, she looked up to her grandfather and was impressed by his strength because, at the time, he was a world champion powerlifter.
But as she got more involved in the fitness world, Amanda was motivated by people like Layne Norton, Matt Ogus, and Nick Cheadle.
“Even if their aims are different from our own, we need to be more accepting and encouraging of others as they pursue their objectives.”
