Salahi and Schon, who are both Real Housewives of D.C., have known one another since the 1990s. Even as teenagers, they dated one another.
But they both decided to call it quits and move on. Salahi decided wed her ex-husband. She made this decision because she didn’t enjoy her lifestyle with Schon.
According to an interview she gave to E! News, Salahi was given a multiple sclerosis diagnosis and decided that staying with Schon was not a wise decision. She then wed her spouse in 2003.
Schon said that he was thrilled to be with her after 15 years of waiting when she mentioned that her love story was like a fairytale.
However, they were in touch and texted each other frequently for two years before they reconciled. Then, in 2011, Salahi broke into Schon’s Memphis concert covertly to be with him.
Because he was worried, her husband called the police and reported her as missing. Salahi, however, declared that she didn’t want to go back home at this time and voluntarily stepped outside to meet Schon.
She claimed in an interview that “I could see that he cared for me. I had to start by allowing my soul to fully experience it.” So, on the night of the event, Salahi confessed her love to Schon.

When asked about her thoughts about her husband’s infidelity, Schon’s wife Fabian couldn’t hold back her shock and rage.
According to Fabian, she was extremely offended, as reported by Daily Mail (via TMZ). She insisted that she was going through a difficult period and was not prepared to discuss it.
She continued by saying she didn’t ever want to date him again.

Before he married Fabian, Schon had gone through several marriages and divorces. Tena Austin was the first woman he wed; the two later divorced in 1977.

Miles Schon, the son of Schon and Buckley, follows on his father’s career path. He enjoys music, plays the guitar, and is a singer-songwriter, just like Schon.
After divorcing Buckley, he wed Dina Gioeli, with whom he had a child, in 1993.
