Biography

Young Years

Abel, who was born in 1989 in Hernando, Mississippi (USA), started exercising at the age of 14 after his father urged him to do so. As a hobby, the young man began weightlifting in his little home gym, either by himself or with companions.

Abel became attracted to bodybuilding after seeing improvements in his physique and realizing the benefits of weight training. He admired heroes like Greg Plitt and Rob Riches.

Bodybuilding

Abel trained at his home gym for the next three years, always competing with his pals to be the strongest.

The boy outgrew his modest weight set and joined a nearby gym to continue building muscle.

It didn’t take him long to make friends with more seasoned sportsmen and receive helpful tips on diet and bodybuilding.

Abel swiftly gained strength and size as a result, exceeding his expectations for the speed at which he would develop a shredded physique.

Individual Training

Abel Albonetti discovered the motivation to assist others in reaching their fitness objectives after receiving assistance from others to advance in the gym. As a result, he started taking classes to get his training certification.

Abel attained his dream of working as a personal trainer in 2010. He built a website as a client-reach tool because he was passionate about assisting aspirational fitness enthusiasts in realizing their goals.

Abel plans to work out in the gym six days a week, focusing on one body region each day. He enjoys working his abs for 15 minutes after every workout to keep his shredded figure.

Abel works out with HIIT most mornings to increase his metabolism and maintain his slim physique.
