Biography
Young Years
Alice Matos, a Brazilian native who was born in Florianopolis, had always been active. She participated in a variety of sports, such as soccer, basketball, and volleyball, but she never thought of a future in fitness when she was younger.
However, at the age of 25, Alice began to follow athletes on social media, such as Michelle Lewin and Larissa Reis, and was motivated by their amazing physiques.
At this time, she decided to set out on a quest to build the body of her dreams.
Exercise Journey
Alice engaged a personal trainer in 2010 to assist her in the gym since she was committed to achieving her objective.
The potential competitor started exercising five times per week the next year to become in condition for the summer. But she quickly developed a passion for exercise and began devoting her entire day to it.
It didn’t take long for her coach to recognize Alice’s potential and enter her in her first fitness competition: the 2011 Arnold Classic in Ohio, America.
Inaugural Competition
At the 2011 Arnold Classic, Alice made her stage debut as a bikini athlete at the age of 26. She had never competed before, and even though she didn’t place, she was eager to bring home a prize.
To achieve her goal of being a champion athlete, she upped her game and pushed herself harder each day. She was now more committed than ever to establishing a reputation for herself in the fitness sector.
How to Be Successful?
Alice entered the 2012 Arnold Classic competition to improve upon her 2011 effort, and she succeeded in doing so.
Despite finishing sixth, the Brazilian was driven to claim her maiden triumph. She finished fifth in the 2012 IFBB Brazilian Championship that same year, but it wasn’t until a few years later that she tasted gold.
Victory
Alice had a fantastic body by the time she was 30 and was winning more of the competitions she joined. But in 2015, she would accomplish her greatest success to date.
As a bikini competitor, she took the stage at the 2015 IFBB-SC Catarinese Championship in the hopes of winning. Her efforts have paid off.
Alice won first place and received her first trophy after dashing the judges’ expectations with her physique. She had attained her goal of winning the title after five years of competition.
Online Iconic
As a result of her participation in various tournaments, Alice achieved renown. Her exposure to the bodybuilding profession inspired her, and she was determined to share her passion for fitness with everyone.
It didn’t take her long to set up an Instagram account and start sharing updates on her progress.

Training
Five days a week, Alice works out in the gym, doing 12 to 18 repetitions in sets of three. She gives her body time to recover and grow by allowing herself weekends off from weight training.
The fitness icon not only lifts weights but also does aerobics on the weekends and Muay Thai twice a week.

To give her body the food it needs to grow, Alice attempts to eat six meals each day. She maintains a relatively healthy diet by focusing on lean proteins, veggies, and complex carbohydrates.
Alice will limit her intake of carbohydrates in the weeks leading up to contests and refrain from eating any until her performance is over.
