Biography (Early Life)
An Active Child
Born on December 15, 1975, Alicia Marie. She shares a family with Michelle and Elizabeth, two more sisters.
Alicia always stood out in different sports, such as track and field, softball, martial arts (Kali, weapons), and gymnastics, because as a child, she dreamed of one day looking like the comic book heroines who inspired her.
Alicia spent the entirety of her childhood and the beginning of her adolescence participating in these sports.
Alicia had already started working out in the gym hard by the time she reached high school. She realized then that she had tremendous strength and stamina.
Alicia rapidly made use of the strength and tenacity she discovered while exercising. Because of her propensity for going to the gym and lifting a remarkable amount of weight for someone her age, she earned the moniker “The Machine” from her pals.
Making A Career Out Of Fitness
Alicia began training weights more frequently during her college years, and she soon began to see noticeable improvements in her physique.
She often impressed her friends and her trainer by squatting more than 250 pounds. Alicia acknowledged that sometimes it wasn’t the best idea to lift too much weight because it hurt her knees.
After Alicia received her college degree, she began working as a full-time fitness professional. She believed that Los Angeles, California, offered her the best chance to pursue and establish a lucrative profession.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Alicia quickly gained recognition for her talent and began posing for several major modeling agencies.
It was just a matter of time before Alicia began considering fitness competitions because her figure was also getting better every day.
At my last gym, one of the nicknames they used to call me was “The Machine. I enjoy having a strong, independent sense of self. I enjoy having the confidence to kick anyone in the butt.
How to Compete In Figure Sports
2003 saw the arrival of Alicia’s first local performance after several months of planning. Alicia claimed she was hooked and eager to participate in future competitions after the event.
For a few years, she continued to compete locally and regionally, taking first place in various figure and bikini competitions.
After some time, she entered her first significant competition, the 2007 NPC Arnold Amateur Bodybuilding contest. She placed second in the category of Figure and Fitness.
Alicia took some time away from the stage after finishing second at the Arnold Amateur to reflect on what she could have done differently and to further develop her physique.
She returned the next year to obtain her Pro card and join the bodybuilding professional league.
At the 2008 NPC USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships, Alicia gave it her all and competed, but she was “disappointed” when she came in second.
She didn’t have long to dwell on the defeat, though, as her national competition wasn’t for another 12 weeks.
Card Pro
Alicia competed at the NPC Team Universe Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure National Championships after three months of arduous dieting and exercise, and she managed to win first place, securing her pro card.
Alicia claimed that one of the factors contributing to her fast success was her preference for beauty over stamina and muscle.
After several months of training, Alicia created an all-around remarkable physique that earned her the National Figure championship and the Pro card. Alicia thought her shoulders were the part of her body she was lacking.
Future Contests
At the IFBB Europa Super Show & Supplement Expo in 2009, Alicia made her professional debut and finished in the 12th position.
She competed in the IFBB New York Pro Bodybuilding & Bikini Championships the following year, finishing 11th out of 38 participants.
After the New York Pro Show, Alicia revealed how the competitions had begun to leave her feeling psychologically and physically worn out, and she had decided to take a lengthier sabbatical.
She claims that during that time, she concentrated more on expanding her training business and modeling.
Five years later, Alicia made a comeback, winning the 11th-place trophy in the 2015 IFBB Legends Pro Bikini.
She competed in the IFBB Muscle Contest Pro Bikini the same year and this time won, wowing everyone with her accomplishment.
Before once more taking a lengthier vacation from competitions, Alicia participated in three more events in 2015: the IFBB Greater Gulf States Pro, IFBB Northern California Pro, and the IFBB Muscle Contest Pro Bikini.
Living A Non-Competitive Life
Alicia is a fitness competitor, fitness model, television personality, and author of a bestselling fitness, diet, and lifestyle book.
Since leaving the stage in 2015, Alicia has launched her personal training and clothing line businesses. She has also amassed a large following on social media thanks to her amazing figure, which inspires people all over the world to lead healthier lives.
Alicia responded that she is working on her e-book and intends to expand her apparel company when questioned about her future goals.
Last but not least, Alicia has something to say to all of her fans: “I could go on all day about being yourself and doing what ultimately makes you happy.
You won’t get what you want from anyone. Darn it, if you want something, go get it. Give up waiting for opportunities to present themselves. Why cling to “fate”?
You must give yourself the life you desire. That holds for anything you desire for yourself in this life. It is the trip that matters, not the final destination.
Whatever it is, by pushing yourself to achieve it, you improve. After that, just take the proverbial bull by the horns. You must go out and obtain all you desire. That is the real story. Alicia Marie.
Bench roll-ups or dragonfly crunches are two of my favorite traditional exercises for chiseling ABS.

Cardio
Alicia Marie claimed that after she stopped competing, she now mostly concentrates on cardio and doesn’t lift as much weight as she used to.
Alicia claims that she enjoys working out with cardio up to five days a week, typically on a treadmill, stepmill, and runner.
Cardio should be practiced frequently, according to Alicia, not only for cardiovascular health but also to maintain a “clean mind,”

Nutrition (Diet Plan)
Dieting
Alicia Marie prefers to eat healthfully most of the time but occasionally allows herself to cheat. She claims that she is aware of what her body enjoys as well as what she needs to eat to maintain a healthy appearance.
Alicia cannot tolerate lactose, so dairy products are not a part of her diet. She added that sweets are her biggest weakness and that “resisting” them requires a lot of willpower.
Carb cycling is Alicia’s favorite exercise, especially while getting ready for a competition. According to Alicia, it’s something that helps her cut with the best results.
Alicia offers the following fundamental advice to everyone looking to get in shape:
1) Maintain consistency
2) Stop Whining (what are your justifications?
3. Take care of your diet.
Supplementation
Alicia doesn’t consume a lot of supplements while she isn’t competing. She exclusively uses probiotics, multivitamins, and omega fish capsules as supplements.
However, Alicia typically adds a fat burner, pre-workout, and perhaps a whey isolate to her supplement stack when she’s getting ready for a competition.
