Who is Alina Pettke?

Polish bikini competitor Alina Pettke competes for the IFBB. She started working out to change her appearance since, as she said, “I had no clue you could transform your physique.”

Short Career of Alina Pettke

Alina Pettke changed her body over several months of working out by adopting various dietary and training guidelines. However, this was just the start of her fitness journey.

A local bodybuilder approached Alina one day as she worked out in the gym and encouraged her to attempt participating in a fitness stage because he was pleased by her physique.

She accepted the advice and began training for her first competition. Alina surprised everyone when she won the 2009 Fitness Model Poland competition after dedicating months to her goal of competing in a show.

Alina continued to train for more contests and was even more motivated to maintain her fitness regimen after that.

She won three additional championships and reached two other tournament finals in the three years since her debut. Alina rose to fame as a fitness icon and one of Poland’s top bikini athletes as a result of her accomplishments.

I received my initial training from bodybuilder Rafa Borysiuk. He was the one who taught me how to eat and how to change my shape. It was challenging.

Rafal was highly critical of me and was very strict with me. However, it was because of it that I developed the kind of character that is necessary for success in this sport.

Getting Ready for a Contest

According to Alina, the preparation for the contest is “extremely intense.” She works out twice daily throughout those times, performing weightlifting, HIIT, and aerobic workouts. Her typical recovery period lasts one or two days during the week.

Alina exercises using a straightforward training regimen that produces results, performing numerous isolated exercises and paying close attention to her form.
