Muscle Gain That Is “Stubborn”, Body
Aline has famously sculpted legs, but she wasn’t always happy with them. Alina’s upper body improved the most when she first started lifting weights. On the other hand, her legs weren’t keeping up.
Alina created a new training regimen after months of experimenting. Instead of only once a week, she began to exercise her legs three times a week. She stepped up her exercise volume as well.
This adjustment in training soon became profitable. More than ever before, Alina’s legs grew stronger, curvier, and toned.
She now thinks that one of the best methods to help weaker body parts grow is to concentrate on them and train them more frequently.
Aline Antiqueira doesn’t limit her carbohydrate intake, in contrast to many other fitness models. She thinks that eliminating any food group is bad for the body and the psyche.
Aline will have 100–200 grams of carbohydrates throughout each day. Foods like quinoa, sweet potatoes, and brown rice will fall under this category.
Additionally, Aline enjoys a “cheat meal” one day a week. Sometimes two, but I make an effort to restrain myself, Aline says.
