Biography
Young Years
Brazilian native Aline, who was born in Rio de Janeiro, grew self-conscious about her appearance as a teenager. She was aware of how thin she was compared to her age and desired to gain muscle.
Aline began her journey toward fitness in 2001, when she was 16 years old, and she began working out in the gym.
She gradually built up her body by lifting weights in the gym for the following two years. She was committed to building the body of her dreams.
Pregnancy
Aline, then 18 years old, became pregnant in 2003, forcing her to halt her training. She took another two years off from the gym after having her child.
She still had not given up on her dream, though.
Go Back to the Gym
Aline had fully recovered from the stresses of delivery by the end of 2005. When she was 20, she concentrated on regaining her body.
When she went back to the gym, she had bigger goals this time; she wanted to compete as a fitness athlete.
She was more motivated than ever to be successful despite the additional strain of being a new mother.
Inaugural Competition
Over the following 8 years, Aline trained whenever she could to maintain her physique while caring for her children. She did, however, advance further than she had imagined.
Aline found herself in amazing form and started to achieve her potential in fitness because of her excellent genetics. She couldn’t wait to see where the business would take her.
She entered the 2013 Mr. Cabo Frio tournament at the age of 28 after being motivated by Bikini Athletes on social media. She won her first show, proving that all of her efforts had been worthwhile.
More Achievement
Aline was ecstatic about her triumph and eager for more. She didn’t wait long to enter her second competition, the 2013 Nutri House Cup in Brazil.
She was able to repeat her accomplishment and win another prize. But she had only just begun.
Champion and Internet Icon
She dominated tournaments in her nation for the following two years, taking home another 8 shows. With each trophy, Aline attracted greater attention, and she soon came to be known on social media.
By 2016, Aline had amassed a sizable following on social media who admired her amazing physique. She had not only developed one of the best female physiques in the world, but she had also gained internet fame.
