Austin used to be quite athletic and fit; he even played basketball for his college team. His fitness program consists of a variety of different exercises.

Austin still includes some of the basketball training he used to undertake in his workout regimen. Austin and Catherine went through a time when neither of them was particularly fit or in the best form.

Then, in or around 2018, Austin purchased a home gym. Since that time, they have both resumed exercising and have continued to improve.

Even though there is still no comprehensive video of them explaining their training regimen, I was still able to piece together portions of the workout and utilization of Austin McBroom, so let’s have a look.

Austin wants to keep his agility and fitness with a specific level of aerobic activities because he used to play basketball for his team. He engages in a variety of cardio exercises, including rope jumping and using the treadmill at his home gym.

Austin also engages in a lot of basketball play, various driving drills, and agility training, all of which may be incorporated into a cardio workout.

Using Strength Training, Austin McBroom

Austin prefers to do a lot of strength training exercises in addition to cardio exercises. Check out the video below, which was submitted by an “Ace Family” fan, to witness Austin performing some challenging and intensive strength training exercises like the weighted plank hold, for which he used a sizable tire.

In that video, he also engaged in a variety of other exercises, including battle ropes while dribbling, resistance band drilling, bench pressing while performing flutter kicks, etc.

Core Exercise By Austin

He demonstrated performing ball throw sit-ups and other movements as part of core training in that video. As we saw in that video, he does a variety of core-training workout activities. Austin exercised his chest while working on his abs.

We can therefore conclude that he performs a core exercise nearly every day, possibly for a maximum of 20 to 30 minutes. Here are a few exercises you can try:
