Despite spending most of her working hours at home, Azzy maintains a reasonable level of fitness.

Azzy enjoys exercising, but a few years back she sustained an injury and had to stop. But Azzy was able to come back in the best form of her life starting in 2020.
Azzy enjoys working out frequently and takes many measures to maintain her physical fitness. She enjoys doing weight training exercises frequently, which is her favorite pastime.
Azzy shared a video of herself doing out in February of last year, in which she demonstrated her favorite leg exercise.
Even in the description of the video, she listed the exercises she performed. Exercises like this are among the things Azzy did.

We’ll work out for five days, concentrating on our upper body and legs. Only the lower body will be the main focus of the training.

Although I’m not sure if Azzy even performs this exercise, if you do it after weight training, it will undoubtedly aid you and your goals.

Sadly, I was unable to locate her current diet plan or the foods she typically eats.
Azzy does, however, enjoy eating a variety of foods, and you can tell by how seriously she approaches her workout routine that she must take her diet very seriously.
Although I can’t provide you with her training plan, I can give you a diet that will complement this exercise program and help you achieve your desired level of fitness.
Azzyland diet consists of:
