Biography

Resolving Health Problems

Bella first noticed her health was “going south” in 2012. It was because of how much junk food I used to eat and leading a sedentary lifestyle, as Bella put it.

Bella used to have a diet heavy in cholesterol and experienced recurrent kidney stone problems. Bella had a deep-seated awareness that she needed to care for herself more. Bella remembers;

“I still recall going to the gym for the first time. Leaving my comfort zone was incredibly difficult, but I knew I was doing the right thing.

After much trial and error and regular gym sessions where Bella pushed past all of her limits, she started to experience the many advantages of exercising and maintaining a nutritious diet.

Her energy levels increased dramatically, her weight decreased, and her kidney stone problems were resolved.

Bella decided to go one step farther at this point in her trip. She decided to get her training certification at that point because she wanted to assist others in achieving their goals.

Getting Into Personal Training

During this change, Bella said, “I studied a lot of science-based literature and educated myself on the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise. I put a lot of effort into getting my trainer certification and nutrition science degree.

It was a very long trip, but every mile and every step was worthwhile.

After a lot of effort—”a long journey,” as Bella puts it—she eventually reached her “peak” and participated in two significant fitness competitions.

Unexpectedly, Bella placed first in both of these preliminary competitions.

Since her quick success in the fitness world, Bella has made it her mission to use social media to promote fitness all around the world. Bella has been successful in this endeavor and has become an internet superstar.

Families To Raise

Bella Falconi managed to “bounce back” despite having subsequently raised a family and experiencing the physical burden of giving birth to her daughter.

Bella hasn’t wavered from her commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle and doing good deeds to this day. By Bella herself;

“Now that I have knowledge and expertise, I want to assist other people to get the bodies of their dreams. Most essential, they should just be content and at ease with themselves.

“Remember, you must do the things you have never done before to achieve what you have never achieved before.”

Training

Bella emphasizes “slow motions, fewer reps, and heavier weight” during her training. She feels that dividing her week into four days of weightlifting and three days of relaxation is the most efficient strategy for her.

Bella enjoys doing a 30-minute plank and crunch workout three times per week to get her abs in shape. She normally adds four high-intensity interval training sessions to the week before a competition to raise the intensity of these workouts.

Nutrition

A Healthful Diet

Bella Falconi advises everyone who wants to lose weight to “eat clean, train consistently, drink water, be optimistic, and above all, believe in their potential” in addition to exercising.

She abides by her guidance and consumes wholesome, organic food.

Below is her daily menu:

Morning

  •  Two slices of Ezekiel bread with almond butter, and six egg whites

Afternoon

  • One sweet potato, ten asparagus, and five ounces of chicken breast
  • A quarter of a cup of Quinoa, one fillet of orange roughy, and salad

Evening

  • Four ounces of ground turkey breast, one sweet potato, and ten asparagus
  • An omelet made with six eggs, two slices of turkey, cherry tomatoes, onions, and broccoli
  • Air-popped Popcorn

To make your life work for you rather than against you, you must learn how to set priorities.

Influences And Idols

Bella Falconi draws inspiration from female athletes like Andreia Brazier. Being a part of the way that women are making their mark in the fitness industry is, in her words, “a dream come true.”
