Brad Rowe is an American-sponsored athlete, IFBB professional bodybuilder, and fitness model from New Hampshire.

In 2013, he received his IFBB Pro Card, which allowed him to succeed in the bodybuilding scene.

Brad Rowe started riding horses in his early years after being influenced by his father. Since that time, Brad had a strong desire for an active way of life.

Biography

competitive Right Away

Brad Rowe was born in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, in July 1983. He started riding horses with his father when he was a little child since he had always wanted an exciting lifestyle.

Brad started participating in competitive sports, such as baseball and basketball, by the time he was in junior high. Brad’s adventurous personality may come out in these sports.

Brad developed a new love for American football during his time in high school. He rapidly developed a passion for the activity and gave everything he had to keep getting better on the field.

Brad eventually started participating in wrestling and running track, demonstrating his passion for athletic competition.

When Brad finished high school, he decided to concentrate on American football. This choice, though, would end up costing him dearly because he broke his ankle and was out of commission for several months.

Returning Fire

Brad’s injury prevented him from participating in sports for a considerable amount of time. As a result of not getting enough playing time, Brad’s levels of fitness were badly harmed.

But Brad was able to pick himself up and go back to playing American football, working out hard to increase his strength.

Brad then decided to focus on getting a scholarship to the college he wanted to attend. However, things didn’t quite turn out as he had hoped because he didn’t get the scholarship.

Brad continued to attend Marist College in New York despite this. Brad was therefore able to combine his studies of biology with his desire to play sports.

Brad started to establish himself as a strong American football player at this stage.

Brad earned a BS in biology four years after starting college. He then continued his studies at Drexel University to attend medical school.

Brad discovered, however, that he was not in a position to complete his studies before the end of his one-year term. As a result, Brad decided to change his life course and discovered bodybuilding.

Learning About Bodybuilding

After seeing some of Brad’s images online, an agency became aware of him. At this point, Brad moved to Jersey City from New Hampshire to start a new career as an actor and fitness model.

Brad’s agent eventually persuaded him to focus on the bodybuilding stage. Brad had developed an athletic physique as a result of his time spent playing football. As a result, his agent believed that if he gained weight, he may succeed as a bodybuilder.

Brad signed on with a sponsor as he was getting ready for his first contest. Because of this, Brad was given the chance to advance in his fitness goals before making his debut on the bodybuilding stage.

Brad competed in the 2010 NPC New England Championships and placed fifth among heavyweights. Brad became obsessed after that and was driven to keep getting better so he could eventually get his Pro Card.

Ascending To New Heights

Brad was keen to keep moving forward to establish himself on the bodybuilding stage by the time 2011 rolled around.

At this moment, he moved to California to offer himself the best chance of becoming successful in his bodybuilding profession.

Brad started working out at the Venice Beach Gold’s Gym soon after relocating. He knew he needed to train with other bodybuilders who shared his goals to stay motivated and keep getting better.

Brad put forth a lot of effort, which allowed him to finish the 2013 NPC National Championships in second place.

Brad received his IFBB Pro Card at this competition, demonstrating his growth as a bodybuilder since he first started competing.

Brad Rowe began working as a personal trainer in addition to his performances on the bodybuilding stage, and ever since, he has assisted others in achieving their fitness objectives.

Nutrition

Throughout his preparations for the competition, Brad adheres to a strict healthy eating regimen.

Brad was motivated to keep advancing in his bodybuilding career by Arnold Schwarzenegger’s success as a bodybuilder.

Brad also started working out with renowned bodybuilder and trainer Chris Cormier after moving to California.
