He spent the majority of his school years as a defensive back, where he earned a college scholarship to play for Iowa State. Sadly, an injury ended this career early, but Breon was determined to maintain his physical fitness after graduating from college.

Maintaining Fitness

Breon understood he wanted to keep up his outstanding body and find work when he returned home. He started looking for acting jobs and was successful at commercial auditions.

He held positions with businesses like Mountain Dew, McDonald’s, Samsung, Chevrolet, and Walgreens.

Breon kept up the commitment to fitness he had developed in college while working as an actor. It was only a matter of time until the sporty seed was sown because he was surrounded by pals who were bodybuilding and fitness experts.

To assist others in achieving their fitness goals, Breon decided to become a personal trainer in 2008. He gained a lot of knowledge about the workings of the various muscle parts while studying for his trainer certification.

He already had a good deal of knowledge on this subject from his time playing football, but he now understood exactly how to assist others.

How to Start Bodybuilding?

His friends frequently complimented him on having a body that was competition-ready when he was working out with clients in the gym. This encouragement eventually had an effect, and Breon started to exercise harder to pose at events.

After putting in a lot of effort, Breon saw his success rise quickly. At NPC competitions in 2012, he achieved three top-three finishes. He succeeded in winning the NPC USA Championships in 2013, which allowed him to get his professional card and start a new career.

Training

Training Method

When Breon first began working out, he would finish roughly 26 sets and use the “conventional” strategy of emphasizing volume. He started introducing the idea of various angles and positions for his lifts as he learned more and found a coach.

Breon uses a daily major muscle group workout as his method of exercise. He divides his week into workouts for his back, chest, legs, and shoulders.

He has always concentrated on training to failure and giving everything he has to every rep to lift as much weight as he can at the professional level.

Breon put in a lot of effort to be ready for the 2017 New York Pro. He would perform exercises with incredibly heavy weights and little repetitions, which made his upper body routines in particular difficult. Breon also places a lot of weight on recovery time as a result of this strenuous workout.

The Mind Leads The Body

The proverb “Body Follows Mind” is among Breon’s favorites. He thinks his resolute and robust thinking entirely controls his body. More than everything, he aspires to be the best in his field, and as a result, he trains seriously and intently.

He meditates on encouraging mantras every morning when he awakens, which gives him the willpower to attack his workouts hard. He claims that if he has faith, he can succeed.

Before a Match, Pace

Breon speeds up his training to help him gain muscle and lose weight simultaneously before competitions. To provide himself with a more comprehensive workout, which he believes helps with his aesthetic proportions, he incorporates more body parts into each session.

Train Your Favorite Body Part

His back is his favorite body portion to work out. He claims that his back has always lagged behind other muscle groups. Breon overcame this challenge by concentrating on the muscle group and adjusting his proportions to fit it.

Through diligent work and investigation, he has been able to discover the precise workings of the lats. He may strike the muscle at different angles by changing his form. He wants to demonstrate his growth and transform his weakness into a strength.
