To give you a fantastic workout overall, I’ll be offering you a routine that was inspired by Bretman Rock and adding some new exercises.

Before beginning the workout, we will warm-up and stretch, so be sure to watch the video and practice the Bretman Rock stretches. In addition, we’ll work out our cardiovascular system.
