Biography

Start of Fitness Journey

Brian Renshaw was born and reared in California (USA), a state known for its sunshine. He began playing sports at the age of 4. He excelled in sports throughout his childhood and represented his school to the greatest level.

His love for fitness increased as he made strides in his sport. By the time he was in his late teens, Bryan had decided to pursue a career in the field. To further his education, he enrolled in college to study kinesiology.

Bodybuilding

Brian Renshaw started working out at the gym while still in college and used his advanced understanding of kinesiology to help him. It took him a little bit to settle into his new surroundings, but it wasn’t long before he started to develop a strong body.

Byran joined his first competition, the 2009 NPC Contra Costa Bodybuilding, Figure & Fitness Championships, after receiving encouragement from his friends.

He won a trophy at his first show, which was impressive, and this inspired him to keep building his professional reputation.

Individual Trainer

Brian competed in 3 additional shows throughout the following year, winning all of them. He was motivated by his accomplishment and set out to assist others in achieving their objectives.

He became certified in personal training as a result, and he launched his website to promote his body coaching business.

By using this website, Byran was able to connect with aspiring bodybuilders all around the country. He subsequently attracted a large clientele, including celebrities, CEOs, and executives, and helped each of them achieve their fitness objectives.
