After making the 2015 CrossFit Games, Brooke experienced stardom for the first time in 2015. She surprised the public that year as an outsider by winning two first-place medals in the Clean and Jerk and Snatch Speed Ladder while placing 14th overall.

From that moment on, Brooke Holladay Ence started to succeed in CrossFit and the fitness industry. She began participating in the Games every year, placing third at the 2016 CrossFit California Regionals.

She has also started working as a trainer in one of “The Golden State’s” CrossFit facilities. Brooke runs her own clothing business and is also a popular fitness model.

“I was required to learn how to properly climb a rope and perform gymnastics moves like Skin the Cat to attend an audition for a show in Vegas.

A CrossFit gym was suggested by a buddy of mine for that. Since then, I have been participating in Crossfit, and it has progressively occupied more and more of my life.

Training (Workout)

Working Out Hard And Putting Rest First

Brooke Holladay Ence works out for 3-6 hours per day, multiple days a week, depending on her training regimen and objectives.

Brooke sets aside a few days each week free from any severe physical activity to fully recuperate from these lengthy and intense training sessions.

She also spends time outside in the sun, where she typically naps, as part of her rehabilitation regimen.

Rest days usually seem so far off, but they fly by so quickly. My body enjoys a relaxing Sunday with plenty of time for sleeping in, brunch with friends, loungewear, TV, and internet shopping. I could go on forever, but I’ll stop here.

Nutrition (Diet Plan)

Dietary Gluten

As a CrossFitter, Brooke Holladay Ence consumes a diet that differs greatly from that of some of her rivals.

She integrates a high protein, low carb, and moderate fat diet, with grains being one of its components, as opposed to adhering to the traditional paleo diet.

Even though Brooke is aware that a CrossFit athlete may benefit more from a gluten-free diet, she still prefers including grains and a small amount of gluten in her diet because it provides her more energy and improves her mood.
