Carol Porcelli once put on more than 10 kilos in 3 months during one period of her career. This occurred after Carol adhered to a rigid diet for several months to win a prize.

Carol was shocked to see how much weight she had put on. From that point forward, she developed an eating disorder as a result of her “obsession” with slimming down.

Without the assistance of Carol’s nutritionist, who helped her get back on track with her diet, things might have spiraled out of control.

Since then, Carol has used her experience to illustrate to others the advantages of a healthy lifestyle as well as its “evil side” when practiced to the extreme.

Carol Porcelli works out four to five days a week to maintain her physical fitness, but she doesn’t have specific workout days since she likes to mix it up rather than repeat the same routine.

If Carol wants to accelerate the fat loss, she does cardio a few times per week. She only does weight training the rest of the time.

Although Carol works just as hard on other muscle groups, her legs are one of her favorite body parts. This enables her to develop a completely balanced physique.

Nutrition

Carol’s battle with her eating condition taught her a lot about her body. Carol Porcelli discovered that while maintaining a healthy diet is crucial, she won’t restrict herself to the point that she feels terrible if she indulges in something less than ideal.
