Carriejune Anne Bowlby, a 1996-born native of America’s state of New Jersey, began using weights in the fifth grade.
According to Carriejune, “I got my first set of 8lb weights and proceeded to have my mom buy me all of those workout accessories you see on the infomercials like shake weights, ab coasters, etc.”
Fitness has always been the center of Carriejune’s life. She competed in gymnastics, cheerleading, and track and field in high school.
She claims that she didn’t give up the home equipment and started taking weightlifting seriously until her junior year of high school.
After months of challenging weightlifting at the gym, Carriejune quickly learned about strength training and workout. She has worked hard in the gym to have an amazing physique, and as a result, she has gained internet fame.
Carriejune is inspiring other people who want to get the same results by continuing to upload images of her gym progress.

Carriejune Anne Bowlby claims that she exercises six days a week, taking one day off just when she feels like it. When it comes to her rep range, the weights she uses, and the sets, all of her exercises are fairly identical.
She will typically begin by performing 4 sets of 20–15 reps of one exercise for the muscle she is targeting that day, with very little recovery in between.
