I thought it would be incredibly amazing to look like Jamie Eason and Dana Linn Bailey after seeing a few similar girls.

Worker In Construction

Even though Cass had always been naturally thin as a child, she wasn’t always a health and fitness fanatic. She wasn’t your normal teenage female, however; instead, she preferred activities and athletics more often associated with boys her age.

Cass Martin and her boyfriend started working as full-time construction workers after Cass received her college degree.

Due to her partner’s intense interest in the fitness sector, Cass has always been aware of it. She wasn’t inspired to achieve her ideal figure, though, until she saw Jamie Eason, a legendary female bodybuilder, on a magazine cover.

She had never before seen a woman with a muscular figure, and she was immediately motivated to lose weight and build muscle.

At this moment, Cass decided to focus on developing a physique resembling that of her fitness idol, and at the age of 23, she started working out in the gym.

Cass significantly improved her physique with the support of her fitness-obsessed fiancé, hard work, and perseverance.

Using Heavy Lifting

It didn’t take long for Cass to learn about the legendary bodybuilders after diving into the realm of the sport. She watched a video of Ronnie Coleman weightlifting and was motivated by the legendary Mr. Olympia’s strength.

She was mesmerized by Ronnie’s charisma and strength, and she knew she wanted to enhance her lifts. At this point, Cass started lifting larger weights in her workouts to help her reach her new objective.

Exercise Journey

A few months later, Cass’ interest in bodybuilding had reached its zenith and she had developed a romantic relationship with exercise.

In her leisure time, Cass started following fitness athletes on social media. She was inspired by the rigorous training regimens of other fitness models and how they maintained their femininity during their workouts.

She started to look up to female athletes like Dana Linn Bailey, admiring the way she carried herself without having to flaunt her body sexually and forging a strong work ethic.

Cass continued to build up her physique throughout the following year. Soon after she succeeded in achieving her aim of developing a strong physique, she started to gain attention for her beauty.

Online Iconic

Cass Martin started an Instagram account at the beginning of 2016 to share her love of fitness with others.

But she didn’t anticipate such a response; almost right away, she began to draw admirers, many of whom were intrigued by how she managed to remain feminine while being strong and muscular.

Cass had a sizable internet fan base by the end of 2016. She consequently rose to prominence as possibly the biggest female fitness phenomenon of the modern period.

Cass is now admired on bodybuilding forums all over the internet because of her dedication to the sport. This is just one of the locations where she motivates a sizable fan base to start their fitness journeys and live healthy lifestyles.

“The fundamental motions have proven to be the most effective for me in my training.”

Cass enjoys working out with big weights six days a week and is never afraid to challenge herself. She will vary her workouts so that her body doesn’t become accustomed to a particular program, sometimes performing 3–7 repetitions in sets of 4 and up to 12–15 repetitions in other sessions.

Except on leg days, Cass works out specific muscle groups every day since she feels that this is how her body responds to exercise. Each session, she completes 4 exercises, occasionally adding super-sets.
