As Cass puts it, “From there, my passion for what constitutes a healthy and well human body expanded as my knowledge of health and nutrition grew.” These qualities and ideals only became more ingrained with time.

With the help of CrossFit, yoga, and jogging, Cass quickly forged a close connection with the fitness culture. She posted images and videos of her daily activities on social media as she documented her adventure.

Cass quickly had an overwhelming amount of support from those who discovered her online.

Cass embarked on a quest to become a nutritionist and training coach to share her knowledge with a growing number of people after realizing she could have an impact on not only her own life but also the lives of others.

Cass Olholm is a morning person; Cass Olholm awakens every morning at about 5:30 AM. She is at her most energized and productive during this period. She enjoys exercising first thing in the morning, either without food or following a big breakfast.

Cass often works out three times a week at CrossFit. These are her “major” training days, where she performs strenuous compound lifts to maintain her strength and fitness.

On other days, Cass will engage in more leisurely exercises like yoga, running, or strolling. She stays sporty and slender thanks to these hobbies.
