Biography
Short Career of Chloe Sannito
The beginning of Chloe Sannito’s fitness journey was in 2010. She, who was 15 years old, decided to go to a boot camp in Florida to lose weight.
Chloe shared the following about her experiences at the boot camp: “At the age of 15, I enrolled in a weight-loss program in Melbourne, Florida to lose 25 pounds and maintain an active lifestyle until I got home.
Chloe was able to shed an amazing 30 lbs of extra weight in just six weeks. She then developed a “hook” for the fitness way of life. Chloe joined a gym after she got back home and kept up her independent training.
Competitors In bodybuilding
Chloe’s weight reduction metamorphosis positively astonished her, and she started making new resolutions for herself. Bodybuilding competitions were one of them.
As Chloe put it, “I continued to shock myself by opting to engage in competition bodybuilding, never expecting it to go any further!”
Chloe soon started showing up regularly in competitions all around Indiana. She won several bodybuilding competitions with her amazing figure, including the Midwest Challenge in Michigan and the NPC Kentucky Open in 2016.
Chloe started preparing for her biggest challenge yet, the 2016 North American Nationals, after earning two victories.
Chloe entered the competition after months of hard work and finished in the 13th position.
Women’s Physique was Chloe’s favorite division to participate in when it came to bodybuilding. She competes in this class now to fill her trophy case with more honors and medals.
Achieving her IFBB Pro Card is Chloe’s next objective. She appears like she’ll be able to accomplish her objective and much more thanks to her amazing physique.
Training (Workout)
Chloe practices split-training in the manner of a bodybuilder, emphasizing the usage of heavy weights while maintaining proper form.
I train like a bodybuilder, one component a day, heavy enough to have good form, and a lot of drop sets, as she puts it.
Chloe alternates between HIIT and light-intensity cardio for her cardio workouts. She usually performs vigorous cardio after working out and gentle cardio when fasting in the morning.
Nutrition
Different Macros, Same Foods
When getting ready for a competition, Chloe doesn’t make many dietary changes. She will consume the same meals but in various quantities. Here, Chloe describes how her pre-contest and “off-season” diets differ;
The cuisine doesn’t vary at all, to be honest. Simply the sums. I’m one of those people who, regrettably, doesn’t require a lot of meals. I’m always famished.
In the offseason, I suppose I consume up to 2200 calories. In preparation, we gradually boost cardio and decrease eating. I gain muscle easily due to my genetic makeup. In prep, I’ll develop as well. (Chloe Sannito)
Even though a high-protein, low-carb diet produces fantastic results for some athletes, Chloe cannot follow it.
To keep her muscles fuelled for her workouts, she prefers eating a diet with moderate protein and greater carbohydrate intake.
However, she exclusively consumes carbohydrates from the best possible sources. such as quinoa, basmati brown rice, and sweet potatoes.
