Who is Chris Jones?
Chris “Beastmode” Jones, also known online as beast mode Jones, is a Texas-native weightlifting teacher. His videos on exercise, nutrition, and food are among the most well-known.
Short Career of Chris Jones
In 2011, Chris Jones began his career as an online fitness coach. He then began posting videos on nutrition and bodybuilding, gradually growing his following base. After a few years, Chris started to receive a lot of attention from the online community.

High Volume to Grow Muscle
One of the leading proponents of high-volume training is Chris. He promises that no matter what, “if you train with a high volume and eat appropriately, you will grow.”
Chris Jones often begins the exercise session with one or two powerful compound motions. there were several solitary exercises after that. He performs at least five sets of each workout.

He feels that high-volume training is the greatest method to exercise. The ideal technique for guys to grow muscle, according to Chris, is to alternate between the “bulking” and “cutting” phases.
His bulking stages, however, are not your typical times to put on weight. Chris bulks to the limit, packing on as much weight as he can. without overly stressing about the fat that builds up along the route.
