“Life trials is a test, a test of your character and strength to expose soft/weak aspects of your character and they will show how weak you really are if you just quit and drown in your sorrows as if life stops with each difficult moment.

You must have the fortitude and have faith as well as choose to be happy and choose to be positive no matter what.”

Biography

Tough Beginning for Fitness

Hampton, Virginia, is where Coty Hart was born and raised. When he was still a little boy, he got into fitness. Unfortunately, he did it out of need rather than for the usual reasons people become fit.

Here is Coty’s justification for getting into fitness at such a young age: “I lost several close relatives to illnesses that were similar to mine, illnesses that they could have avoided if they had known better.

It gave me the impression that I lost these loved ones as a result of their ignorance of proper food and exercise.

Coty understood the benefits of healthy food and lifestyle even as a young child.

To avoid developing health issues like his relatives, he started lifting weights and reading literature about wholesome diets.

Advanced Diet and Training Knowledge

Coty gained more knowledge about diet and exercise as time went on. Then, he put that information to use by starting to practice advanced workouts, supersets, and high-intensity cardio in the gym.

Coty eventually used this to construct a flawless physique.

Coty was training consistently, maintaining a healthy diet, and paying attention to his entire well-being while the majority of his peers were engaged in other activities.

Beginning of Competitions

Coty’s discipline as a youth helped him advance in fitness and eventually turn into a bodybuilding competition.

Around 2003, he started competing in amateur competitions. He didn’t start routinely competing on larger bodybuilding stages until 2014, though.

Coty decided to continue with the Men’s Body division since he had a beautiful and proportionate physique and wanted to establish himself there.

NPC Maryland State East Coast Classic was his first significant bodybuilding competition. Coty finished that day in sixth place in his weight group.

How to get a Pro Card?

Coty won his first race, the Capitol Grand Prix, not long after. After that, he won the Northern USA Championships that same year, adding one more championship to his collection.

But Coty’s greatest was yet to come.

He returned to the Junior Nationals bodybuilding stage the following year, in 2016, in his greatest form, winning first place and earning a pro bodybuilding card.

Mr.Olympia

Coty met the requirements to compete in the 2017 Men’s Physique Mr. Olympia. He participated in the competition in September 2017 and came in 16th place.

To have a significant impact on the online bodybuilding and fitness community is one of Coty’s future aims. Another goal is to one day take home the coveted Men’s Physique Mr. Olympia title.

“A workout program and or exercise, as well as healthy eating, are paramount when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. you can’t have one without the other.”

Training

Coty has spent years working out in the gym, yet he is always improving his knowledge and abilities.

He claims that to excel on stage, he must continually learn more about nutrition and training.

Additionally, Coty never practices in the same manner. He always modifies something about his workouts, whether it’s the exercises he performs, the number of repetitions, or the total workout plan.

Coty has been able to continue improving both his physique and his performance on the bodybuilding stage by adhering to these concepts.

Coty Hart’s Exercises For Chest

The following are a few of Coty’s recommended exercises for developing a massive, shredded chest;

  • Barbell Bench Press – With this old-school compound movement, Coty can generate the most power. Meaning, it allows him to lift the most weight. It’s also easier on his joints and shoulder rotator cuffs, which means he can fully utilize his chest and make it grow fast.
  • Low-to-medium Incline Dumbbell Press – While Coty likes to add regular incline barbell bench presses to his chest routine. Doing it on the adjustable bench with dumbbells gives him better results for his upper chest. By adjusting the angle of the bench to his liking, and by having a broader range of motion, Coty can fully utilize his chest fibers.
  • Machine Decline and Incline Press – Coty likes to use machines that allow him to move each of his arms independently. This way, he can sit sideways and press one of his arms across his body, which allows him to target his chest fibers from a completely different angle.
  • Dips – This exercise helps Coty target his outer and lower chest area. If he feels up for a challenge, Coty will throw in some weighted belts to make dips more difficult.
  • Cable Flyes – Coty likes to do cable flys in different variations. Ranging from cable flies on an incline bench to standing decline cable flys. This exercise allows Coty to hit their chest from multiple angles, and he usually finishes his chest workouts with it.

“I am always trying to refine my muscle definition. Weight training is just one aspect. Eating healthy is another. Choosing the right dietary plan is paramount! I love fooling around with different types of healthy foods to see how they effect my body type!”

Nutrition

Coty regularly reads new books and articles about leading a healthy lifestyle and diet, just like he does with his training. He guarantees the most rapid and effective development in this manner.

Coty’s go-to meals include things like:

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Brown Rice
  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Organic Grass-Fed Beef
  • Salmon
  • Walnuts

His supplements:

  • Protein
  • BCAAs
  • Creatine

Muscle Definition

Coty employs a variety of methods when he wishes to reduce his body fat. One of those strategies is drastically cutting back on his carbohydrate intake.

To start, he gradually cuts back on his intake of carbohydrates by eliminating them from lunch and dinner.

He will limit his carbohydrate intake as the competition day approaches so that he only eats them in the morning and just after his workout.

Influences and Idols

The passing of his close family had a significant impact on Coty as he was growing up. Coty was compelled to reconsider his life goals as a result of those incidents.

While it was terrible that Coty began his fitness journey, for this reason, it did have a positive effect on him in that it allowed him to learn from others’ mistakes and live as healthily as he could.

“People get caught up in their emotions too much, allowing the actions of others to influence how they behave or let the wrongdoings of others alter who they are as a person.

Hey, it’s life. You do not influence what other people do, and yes, there will be bad moments in your life, but all you have to do is endure them and be strong.
