Short Career of Darrell Rabess
Darrell Rabess spent some time playing for a semi-professional club in his neighborhood while he pursued his childhood dream of becoming a football player.
Unfortunately, an unforeseen knee injury ended their career prematurely; nonetheless, throughout his rehabilitation, he started strength training and became an “Iron Addict.”
His “love for the weight room developed” as he got stronger. He decided to make his newfound love his career after discovering it.
After completing his training at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Darrell established a solid clientele.

Weight-lifting
The weightlifting routine that Darrell follows strains him to the limit. He works on the 2 days on, 2 days off method, finishing 5–6 sessions a week.
He views relaxation and recovery as being equally vital, therefore this enables him to get both every few days. This enables him to prepare for his upcoming workouts and replenish during these times.
He focuses on compound exercises, low reps, and maximum weight as he lifts as much as he can. By using this strategy, he can maintain an anabolic condition in his body throughout the week while adding lean muscle.
Darrell enjoys pushing himself, particularly during his chest exercises.
He has been observed performing dumbbell flies with two 28-kilogram dumbbells. Darrell, though, is constantly trying to gain weight.
