This fitness program will combine weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and cardiovascular activity. Four to five days a week will be dedicated to exercise, with daily training sessions lasting around an hour.

Keep the constancy in the cardio regimen, and you will succeed; we’ll add about 20 minutes of exercise five days a week.

It is entirely up to you whether you choose to exercise by running, riding, using a Stairmaster, etc. Make sure you burn more than 150 calories during each session.

You will now perform a circuit abs workout for 20 minutes every day for the following two days. You won’t be allowed to take a break throughout this exercise until the entire round has been completed.
