Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh parsley packed
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves packed
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon each salt & pepper or to taste
Instructions
- All ingredients should be placed in a food processor and pulsed just until chopped, about 2-3 times. It shouldn’t be a silky sauce.
- At least one hour should pass before serving.
- Serve with lamb meatballs or over-grilled meats, particularly lamb.
Notes
The sauce needs to be chilled for at least an hour before serving since as it rests, the flavor will drastically alter.
The flavor will not be the same if you use olive oil in this recipe.
It is anticipated that the oil will spontaneously separate. Before using, shake.
For two to three days, this sauce will stay in the refrigerator. Keep things no longer.
