Ingredients
- Prepared raw pizza dough (my No-Fail Pizza Dough works well for this!) or 1 can of Pillsbury Pizza Dough
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
Instructions
- Set the oven to 425 °F.
- Place the dough on a greased 12-inch pizza pan after rolling it out to fit the pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. 15 seconds in the microwave, or until melted.
- Spread butter on the pizza crust. Add cheeses and parsley on top.
- Bake for 12 to 16 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and browned throughout.
- For dipping, serve with your preferred tomato sauce.
