Ingredients

Ingredients
- 8-ounce block of feta cheese
- 1 pound cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, about 3 cups
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ⅛ teaspoon red chili flakes
- ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
- 8 ounces of uncooked pasta
- salt & pepper
- fresh basil and parsley for serving
Instructions for Baked Feta Pasta
- Set the oven to 400 °F.
- In a baking dish, combine tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Place the feta block inside the tomatoes.
- Bake the tomatoes and feta for 35 minutes, or until the tomatoes are tender and splitting. 2-3 minutes of broiling.
- Cook pasta in salted water until it is al dente while the tomatoes are baking. Drain, but save at least 1 cup of the water in reserve.
- In the baking dish, combine the tomatoes and feta.
- Pasta and enough pasta water to create a creamy sauce should be combined.
- Add some fresh basil and then serve.
