CHICKEN Although this recipe asks for chicken, roast beef, ham, or even leftover turkey would also work well. Use your imagination and include your favorites!

SAUCE If cream of chicken soup isn’t available, you can use any other creamed soup, such as mushroom or cream of broccoli. Or make a quick cheese sauce with spices and garlic powder. A jar of Alfredo will work just fine if everything else fails!

BROCCOLI Use leftover roasted broccoli or asparagus instead of steaming it! Include mushrooms or even any cooked vegetable leftovers.

  • 10 ½ ounces cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup broth
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 can of crescent rolls
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli or asparagus, steamed

  1. Turn on the 375°F oven.
  2. Soup, milk, broth, flour, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste should all be combined. In a 9×13″ pan, spread the soup mixture on the bottom.
  3. Separate the triangles of a crescent.
  4. All of the chicken, broccoli, and 1 12 cups of cheddar cheese should be distributed among the crescent rolls.
  5. Each crescent roll should be rolled before being placed in the pan.

Notes

Try spinach, cauliflower, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, or even asparagus as delectable veggie substitutes!
