The quickest method to have a quick lunch on the table is with air-fried hamburgers!

In the Air Fryer, juicy hamburgers, cheeseburgers, or sliders mean less mess and more flavor.

Basic all-beef patties

Homemade Air Fryer hamburger patties cannot be cooked in a pan. With just a little bit more cooking time, even frozen patties come out delicious!

BEEF We like to use fresh ground beef, just like in our go-to hamburger recipe. The ideal amount of fat in an 80/20 blend keeps the patties moist without letting too much grease run-off. For turkey burgers, try using ground turkey!

SEASONING Add a pinch of onion and garlic powder along with the salt and pepper. In this dish, since fresh onion and garlic don’t have enough time to cook, we use powders instead. Alternatively, try our famous Hamburger Seasoning!

Although BBQ SAUCE is not required, it enhances caramelization and tastes wonderful. We choose barbecue sauce created from scratch.

How to Cook Hamburgers in the Air

Making burgers in an air fryer is incredibly simple and quick!

  1. All the ingredients should be combined before creating 4 equal-sized patties.
  2. Press your thumb into the center of each patty to prevent it from swelling in the center during the cooking of perfectly even-cooked burgers.
  3. Place the prepared hamburger patties in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 9 to 12 minutes, depending on the thickness, using the formula below.
  4. If adding cheese, do it now and simmer for one more minute before dishing.

Having fries?

French fries cooked in an air fryer should be prepared first and set aside before serving with the burgers. Fries should be added back to the basket after the burgers are through cooking and heated at 400°F for around 3–4 minutes while you top the burger. In contrast, oven fries go well with these burgers.

Toppings

Place lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles on a serving tray to create a DIY burger bar where anyone can assist themselves.

  • Green chiles, jalapenos, sauerkraut, chipotle aioli, or homemade garlic sauce are all spicy. Aioli
  • Savory: fried egg (very amazing! ), bacon, sautéed or air-fried mushrooms, and roasted red bell peppers.

How to Make the Best Hamburger Patties
