Biography

Young Years

On January 7th, 1985, Emily Skye was born in Australia. Emily’s mother raised her alone because her father left when she was just 2 years old, which left her feeling insecure and that she was never good enough for anything for a very long time.

She jumped from one activity to another as a teenager because, in the words of Emily, “I felt lost,” she didn’t know where she wanted to go with her life.

Emily began modeling to overcome her fears and develop a feeling of self-worth.

She was a successful young adult who spent a few years working for well-known periodicals in Australia, but Emily was not the image of good health that she projected.

Although I’ve always been active, I wasn’t always in good health and fitness. Before I started living a better, more active lifestyle, I was depressed, incredibly insecure, unwell, and very miserable.

Using Models To Get Fit

Emily’s health began to worsen as a result of her bad diet and no exercise. Emily said she enjoyed modeling and the high it gave her, but it started to hurt her life because it was more important to appear “perfect” every day than to feel good.

Emily began her quest toward fitness and a healthier way of life by taking up exercise and leaving the modeling industry. I was your average cardio lady in the gym, but it wasn’t taking me anywhere, she explains.

I also started doing fitness modeling. I competed in an Australian Oxygen Magazine cover girl competition and placed in the top 5.

Emily didn’t learn about the advantages of strength training until she started studying physical training and became a personal trainer.

She started doing weight training instead of cardio at this time. This had an impact on Emily’s life as well as on how she looked.

Now In Emily’s Life

Through her online personal training business and social media updates, Emily has worked hard to become a fitness modeling icon and an inspiration for people all over the world. She does this by demonstrating how to live the healthiest life possible for both your body and your mind.

Emily has overcome her fears and battled melancholy by following a healthy diet and strength-training regimen.

“I limit or avoid carbs at night, avoid sugar, including fructose, limit dairy, and stay active all day long! When there are stairs, I sprint up them, and when I’m on the computer, I get up every hour or so and perform some air squats. All these extra little things add up to a big difference. has a lot of water and white and green tea.

Training

Emily enjoys exercising hard and concentrating. She will also shorten the intervals between sets. Tabata and circuit-style training are her preferred forms of exercise.

Like the majority of elite athletes, Emily loves to vary her training schedule frequently to prevent her body from becoming accustomed to the same activities. Below is a picture of Emily working out normally.

Nutrition

She occasionally consumes 6 eggs, only 2 of which are whole, along with diced tomatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms.

Additionally, she will consume a lot of green veggies, including asparagus and green beans. She doesn’t consume a lot of fruit, but she will let herself a few green fruits, like bananas, because they have less sugar.

Rice cakes and almonds are two of her favorite treats. She typically has a cheat meal that is heavy in healthy fats and carbohydrates, “not something that is high in sugar,” according to Emily.

Before her workouts, or perhaps early in the morning on her off days, Emily will take L-Glutamine and L-Carnitine vitamins for recuperation.
