Bikini fitness competitor Etila Santiago competes in the height division up to 1,72 m. She began competing in late 2015 and entered the IFBB Pro Circuit after just one year.

Biography (Early Life)

Etila Santiago

Growing up, Etila Santiago had a lifelong passion for modeling. In reality, she began taking part in Brazilian modeling TV shows when she was just 15 years old.

She was, nevertheless, incredibly thin at the time, weighing only 49 kg. Etila was troubled by this since she wished to tone up and improve her appearance but lacked the knowledge to do so.

Etila didn’t understand that fitness was the answer to her difficulties until she saw bikini models on TV. She immediately joined a gym and started working out there to build the body she wanted.

Etila’s body and fitness goals both advanced over several months. Like other competitors she had seen on television, she decided to fully immerse herself in the world of bikini competitions.

Etila’s Passion Into A Career

Etila Santiago initially didn’t think about a future in fitness. She only wanted to participate to show herself that she was capable of doing it.

She had no idea that Etila had only needed one competition to fall in love with them. In actuality, she kept competing regularly after that.

Etila continued to perform well over the years, winning several awards. These include taking fourth at the Arnold Classic Brazil and first at the South American Amateur Olympia. Etila received her IFBB Pro Card along with her victory at the Amateur Olympia.

She is currently making progress on the professional circuit and is still living the life of a fitness model and bikini competitor.

Etila Santiago didn’t have a lot of training experience at first, but after months of trial and error, this changed.

She has become an expert in her field and can control how her body appears by engaging in rigorous weightlifting and aerobic workouts.

Preferred Muscles

Etila’s shoulders and glutes are her favorite body parts. Twice a week, she exercises each of these muscular groups. Because she believes her quads are already too developed in comparison to the rest of her body, she doesn’t work on them.

To keep in peak shape for competitions, Etila uses a variety of dietary techniques, such as carb cycling.

She is aware of when to let off the gas, rewarding herself for her efforts with less constricting and more fun activities.
