Biography

A Soccer Player

In 1994, in Stockholm, Sweden’s capital, Frida Paulsen was born. She had always been drawn to the thought of participating in sports, particularly soccer.

Frida’s love of soccer blossomed into a vocation at the young age of 8. One of her earliest coaches recognized her talent and assisted Frida in honing her abilities.

Frida had already achieved success on the soccer field by the time she joined high school. Her team had won several regional competitions, and she eventually began playing for one of the best teams in the nation.

An Alternative Route

Frida continued to play soccer at a high level for several years until losing her enthusiasm for the game, primarily because of “physical and mental exhaustion.”

Frida stopped playing competitive football in 2014 and started working out at the gym. She had always been interested in weightlifting, but she didn’t have the time or the energy after years of consistent football practice and games.

Frida claimed that she was “sold” on the new way of life as soon as she began to notice physical changes as a result of the extended periods spent working out in the gym.

She said she never would have thought she would become a bikini contestant, but after changing her body, Frida’s ambitions were drastically altered.

Achievement on Stage

She made her debut at the Body Classic Show in September 2014. In top form when she entered the competition, Frida outclassed the other 19 contestants and took home the crown.

Frida raced at the 2014 Junior Championship two months after her initial success and finished seventh in the open class. The year after that was one of Frida’s most prosperous ones.

Her winning streak began in early February 2015 when Frida took home the title of Arnold Classic Europe 2015 Junior champion. Six weeks later, she claimed the title of Loaded Cup 2015 Junior champion.

Frida continued her winning streak by taking first place in the 169 cm class at the Loaded Cup in 2015 and placing second in her height division at the Sweden Grand Prix.

By the end of 2015, Frida had competed in three additional events, finishing second, tenth, and sixth respectively at the Swedish Grand Prix, European Championship Juniors, and European Championship.

Getting into the Fitness Industry

Frida Paulsen temporarily stopped competing after finishing sixth at the European Championships. She decided to pursue a profession in nutrition and personal training during that time.

She obtained the certification and started working as an online coach over a year later.

The social media platforms Frida set up at the time and the success stories she shared on them helped her attract a lot of new clients who were eager to change the way they looked.
