Actress Gwyneth Paltrow turned 50 yesterday on 27 September 2022. But even at this age, she feels and looks great. What is the secret of her great appearance? She attributes it to her clean diet and skincare.

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is stunning even at 50. She looks young and this is due to her focus on having healthy daily practices. Her ex-fiance and current dear friend Brad Pitt had thanked her for providing her with such an amazing detailed skincare routine.
It may be recalled that Gwyneth is also an entrepreneur. She founded Goop in 2008. This is a lifestyle brand that includes a lot of things under one umbrella. It has articles, podcasts, television series, online shops and also physical shops for sales of its health products. This brand has assisted many people to pursue their own health journey in a nice way and successfully. Despite being successful and famous, the brand had some criticism over its high price that goes beyond an average person’s pocket. There have been claims that her brand promotes unhealthy eating and dieting.
Gwyneth and her secret
But despite all the criticism of her fashion and lifestyle brand, it is also true that she is gorgeous even at 50. She wrote an article on her 50th birthday that read:
“it’s important to have some grace around the aging of your body, to be forgiving,”
“Okay, well, maybe my skin or my muscle won’t bounce back here the way it used to, and that’s okay. You have to recalibrate.”
She is comfortable about her aging body and feels great about it. She is happy with all the health choices she made in her life over the past few decades. Further, she wrote:
“I actually feel great turning 50,”
“I feel really lucky that I have my health (touch wood) and strength in my body. And I feel like many of the decisions I made in my late 20s, my 30s, and my 40s are paying dividends now.”
Gwyneth’s clean diet
The actress claims that she eats clean. This she continues and it has helped her reduce her body inflammation. She noted in her article:
“I notice that the older I get, the more drawn I am toward monitoring my health, doing blood work, and collecting data about inflammation levels, blood sugar levels, sleep, vitamins, etc.,”
“Your body rebounds a little less quickly from overindulging — staying healthy takes a little more intentionality.”
Talking about her diet, she said:
“I maintain a very clean diet. Last year, I cut down on alcohol and focused on lowering inflammation. What’s turned out to be best for me is [the] paleo [diet], so I’m grain-free, sugar-free, eating lots of vegetables and clean protein. Lots of fish, lots of olive oil.”

But it should be remembered that Paleo diet is very restrictive. It works for Gwyneth but might be good or healthy for everyone. Better to first talk to a doctor or dietitian before incorporating this diet into your life.
