Not all her followers on TikTok were impressed about her revelation. Though some praised it, there were many who criticized it. Dietitian Lauren Cadillac was not in favor of her wellness routine. Lauren felt having coffee in the morning on an empty stomach with no food or breakfast should be discouraged. Skipping breakfast is bad for health.

Moreover, Lauren felt that bone broth is not a meal. It is inadequate and not filling enough. The dietitian stated that Gwyneth was not having enough calories for the day. The dietitian was against her detox plans too. Calling the diet problematic, the nutrition expert wrote:

This isn’t #wellness, this is DISORDERED. THIS IS NOT ENOUGH FOOD especially for one that is 5’9. Please stop following and listening to celebrities for your health and wellness advice.”
