Harmony, though, wasn’t always interested in health and fitness growing up; initially, she started running to shed a few extra pounds.
She wasn’t hooked on bodybuilding until a friend got her interested in it. Harmony joined her first competition after months of preparation, winning Miss Body Best Overall Female Athlete.
It goes without saying that this motivated her to keep working out and advance her bodybuilding interest. Harmony is currently training full-time in an effort to win more IFBB and WBFF championships.

Short Career Of Harmony Hendrickx
Harmony resides in Belgium’s Antwerp. She studied culture and management in her native country while putting in a lot of work as an IFBB figure competitor. She is a skilled photographer as well as a brand advocate.
Harmony didn’t participate in sports or training as a child, so she simply started to lose a few extra pounds. After beginning with running, she quickly moved on to developing a healthy eating plan and making exercise a regular part of her life.
“I genuinely never enjoyed sports before. I started running to get in better shape. Regular exercise and food monitoring helped me find myself, and I felt much better about who I was.
I needed to find something new after completing the Insanity program. My friend introduced me to bodybuilding, and once I started working out at the gym, I became obsessed. This was what I did!
Harmony Hendrickx competed in her first bodybuilding contest in March 2015. She received first place for “Miss Body – Overall Best Female Athlete” and first place in her class.
Harmony Hendrickx is a talented artist who also competes in figure and bodybuilding competitions. She is also a professional photographer.
She’ll earn a living by snapping images and promoting her business when she has free time. But she spends the majority of her time working out, modeling, and getting ready for events.
“I am a professional photographer, and fortunately, I can make money from my interest. I do my best to create extra free time when I can, but the majority of my time is dedicated to fitness and all of its related activities.

I visit like I’m in a museum. Since I started playing the violin when I was 6 years old, I have recently put it on hold due to my band’s breakup.

Harmony Hendrickx aims and wishes to continue competing in the IFBB’s Fitness Class and develop further on a global scale as she racks up victories.
She works tirelessly to build more muscle every year in preparation for her future as an IFFB Pro athlete.

Every 2.5 to 3 hours, Harmony eats six times during the day. Harmony Hendrickx will consume complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, and healthy fats in moderation.
She will have fewer carbohydrates if she is getting ready for a performance or photo session. She will increase her calorie intake, especially her carbohydrate intake when she is in a bulking phase.
Influences And Idols
Harmony Hendrickx cites Oksana Grishina as her principal role model and inspiration. “Her entire appearance is extremely stylish,” she remarks.
She also mentions Michelle Bishop, who Harmony claims is “a tremendous winner,” along with Candice Keene and Andreia Brazier.
