Diet Plan By Harnaaz Sandhu
Harnaaz Sandhu consumes a highly well-balanced and healthful diet that is high in vegetables and low in various cuts of meat.
She does try vegan diets and consumes gluten-free food, but I haven’t heard if she is a fully committed vegan. I am aware that Harnaaz eats vegetarian food for the most part, but she is neither a vegan nor a strict vegetarian.
