Biography

Imagery change

Helga Stibi was born on August 12th, 1988, in Hungary. Her family eventually relocated to Ireland. She first began attending the gym because she didn’t like the way she looked.

Helga stated, “I began training in 2012 because I was quite dissatisfied with the way I looked—too slender, no bum, and lacking in curves. I wished I had more curves and appeared more feminine.

She was inspired to build an impressive physique after watching a few fitness motivational films, no matter how long it would take.

Helga accomplished her initial objective in just four months with the help of her boyfriend, who also served as her coach. But by that time, she had moved beyond simply wanting a fantastic figure; fitness had become her new way of life.

IFBB Division & First Shows

Helga made her debut on the bikini stage in 2013 in the Irish National Championship. When her name was announced as the competition’s winner, she exceeded everyone’s expectations.

This is when I understood that I have a future in this sport, the woman remarked. But she had only just begun.

Helga competed on the national stage again a year later, this time taking first place in the overall division and joining the IFBB league.

She received a great deal of recognition in the Irish bodybuilding scene as a result of her accomplishments in such a short period.

Future Contests

In 2015, Helga made her IFBB debut at the Arnold Classic Europe. She finished the competition in fifth place.

She took part in 11 competitions over the next two years, taking home five of the prizes.

She won the 2016 International Fitness Cup Hungary, the 2016 Diamond Cup UK, the 2016 Amateur Olympia Spain, the 2015 Irish Nationals, and the 2016 EVLS Prague Showdown.

The Personal Life of Helga

In addition to bodybuilding and the obligations that come with it, Helga has also studied and holds a full-time job. She makes the most of her limited free time by leading this lifestyle.

Helga claims that despite her hectic schedule, she enjoys every second of it. She continued, “Mainly, just having a healthier physique and leading a healthy lifestyle motivates me.

My social media followers and the people around me also inspire me. It’s a wonderful feeling when your efforts may motivate others.

On her social media platforms, she frequently shares images, videos, and educational content while staying in touch with her followers.

“Good, better, best. Never let it rest. ‘Till your good is better and your better is best!”

Training

Helga knows the value of utilizing large weights because she has been weight training for years. Helga believes that one of the finest methods to look powerful and toned is through strength training.

As Helga noted, “With cardio and diet you can only lose weight but you’re never going to have that tight and fit look.” she avoids doing too much cardio.

Helga was able to sculpt an excellent figure in such a short period as a result of her training methodology. Below is a sample of Helga’s exercise schedule.

Helga’s Workout

  • Monday – Chest, and Biceps
  • Tuesday – Legs
  • Wednesday – Rest Day
  • Thursday – Shoulders and Triceps
  • Friday – Back and Traps
  • Saturday – Rest Day
  • Sunday – Any weak body parts

“Since I started my journey I`m constantly surrounded by great athletes with the same passion, and found many new friends. I’m really grateful for that!”

Nutrition

Protein, Fats, and Carbs

Helga’s diet consists of high-quality lean protein, slow-releasing (complex) carbs, and healthy fats, with a focus on protein consumption. To put her body in an anabolic state, she makes sure to meet her daily protein targets.

Helga Stibi eats egg whites, cottage cheese, turkey, salmon, and occasionally chicken as sources of protein.

Her consumption of carbohydrates is derived from complex foods including sweet potatoes, quinoa, brown rice, and oats. Fast-acting carbs are avoided by her because they create a blood-glycogen increase that encourages fat storage.

Olive oil, avocado, and flaxseed oil are her final sources of fat.

Pizza, cheesecake, and pancakes are Helga’s go-to “cheat meals.”

Helga’s Cutting Diet

  • Meal 1: 6 egg whites, ½ oats with ½ cup blueberries

If you want success, just follow your passions and beliefs; success will follow automatically.

Influences and Idols

The athlete Helga admires the most is Oksana Grishina. Helga thinks that Oksana’s performance on stage is “unbeatable” and that her figure is a reflection of tremendous and hard labor.

She can constantly surprise me with her routine, Helga continued. She has competing videos that I could watch every day.

She also credited her fiance with supporting her at the beginning of her fitness journey and for her on-stage triumph.

“The moment why we put ourselves through pain and sacrifice everything, to be the best at what we do! You can have anything in life if you will sacrifice everything else for it!”

What can we infer about Helga Stibi?

The most important lesson we can take from Helga Stibi is to set objectives for yourself and to never give up on achieving them.

Helga knew she would eventually succeed and achieve the figure she desired from the time she began working out in the gym, regardless of how long it would take.

She developed an amazing physique and a successful profession in a short period. She demonstrated to everyone that the secret to success in life is to set goals and stick to them.
