  • 1 package raspberry Jello 3 ounces or 85g
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  1. To boil, add the cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice. Cook the cranberries by simmering them for 7-8 minutes, or until they pop. Add Jello after removing it from the heat. Complete cooling.
  2. In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and heavy cream. Whip up stiff peaks as needed.
  3. Cream and cranberry combinations should be combined.
