This creamy spicy crab dip is hard to stop eating! It’s a creamy snack prepared with crab, green onions, cream cheese, mayo, and cheese that’s incredibly easy to make.

It’s naturally low-carb, keto-friendly, and gluten-free, and it’s perfect for tailgating, holidays, or entertaining.

What Makes This Dish So Delicious?

  • It’s a spicy, creamy crab dip. Not “hot” in the sense of “spicy,” but “hot” in the sense of “warm and gooey and oven-baked.” You can add some Old Bay or Cajun seasoning to your crab dip if you want it to have a little more kick.
  • It’s ridiculously simple to make. Simply combine the ingredients and bake. The most difficult aspect of cooking this dip is not eating it all at once. But I won’t hold it against you if you do.
  • This is a terrific meal to prepare ahead of time! Simply combine all of the ingredients, distribute the mixture in the pan, then cover securely and chill until ready to bake! Allow it to come to room temperature before baking, or prolong the bake time if your dip is very cold when you put it in the oven.
  • Need a New Year’s Eve or football season party snack? You’ve come to the right place! This cheesy baked crab dip is low in carbs and gluten-free, making it suitable for a wide range of dietary requirements. It’s also tasty, and who doesn’t enjoy tasty food?

  • I used canned crab meat in this dish because it’s easier and less expensive, but fresh crab meat would be delicious!
  • Add additional Old Bay Seasoning or Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning if you like it spicier. Add a few dashes of Louisiana spicy sauce to finish it off!
  • Don’t be afraid to increase the amount of crab! Seriously, additional crab flesh is always a good idea. You may not need to change the other components in the recipe depending on how much you add.
