Hyun exercises twice a day, doing a combination of cardio, weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, etc.

Cardio

We will perform HIIT training for 30 to 40 minutes during which we will run and jump rope for 15-20 minutes each, alternating between one minute of brisk movement and 30 seconds of sprinting.

Core

Your core muscles will be the focus of this circuit exercise. To obtain the finest workout, we’ll perform a brief routine that takes 20 to 30 minutes.

After completing the circuit, take two minutes to relax.
