American professional bodybuilder Jamie LeRoyce competes in the Classic Physique class. He also served in the U.S. Army for over ten years before joining the Navy.

Jamie LeRoyce’s original and primary lifelong ambition was to join the Navy Seals. But despite spending years in the Army, both domestically and abroad, Jamie LeRoyce was eventually unable to realize his dream of becoming a Navy Seal.

Jamie became quite frustrated by this and decided to look for another physical outlet. After spending months “going in circles,” Jamie discovered exercise, and he hasn’t looked back since.

Since then, Jamie’s career has taken off; he is now a successful Classic Physique competitor, an online personal trainer, and a social media personality with a large following.

“I am constantly disturbed by inconvenient issues, but I always keep in mind to “stay to the plan.” For me, maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine is a way of life.

Biography of Jamie LeRoyce

Unrealized Dream

Jamie LeRoyce spent his childhood dreaming of joining the Navy Seals. He served in the military for stints in countries like Afghanistan during his twenties.

Even Nevertheless, Jamie’s application to join the Navy Seals was ultimately denied despite his best efforts. According to Jamie, “I first aspired to join a Navy Seal, but was regrettably rejected.”

Choosing Fitness

Jamie had to find a new purpose for his life because his primary goal had not been achieved. After months of looking, he finally found the fitness lifestyle and was immediately intrigued.

Jamie quickly developed a love for working out and started to feel “addicted” to the physical improvements he was making to his body. Jamie developed a deep love for bodybuilding and fitness throughout time and chose to pursue it as a career.

Competition Starts

Jamie decided to compete in his first bodybuilding event, the LA Championships Novice, in 2014. He finished the competition that day in second place.

Jamie took the stage for the second time in his career a year later. He participated once more, but this time in the Open Class, at the LA Championships. He came in second place once more.

In 2016, Jamie won the Classic Physique Class at the LV NPC Legends Classic, which was his first significant success on the stage. He found his strength and his capacity to dominate the Classic Physique division here.

Jamie then decided that moving forward, he would only concentrate on competing in this specific category since it best suited his ambitions and body type.

Later Competitions

By the end of 2016, Jamie had competed in three additional bodybuilding competitions, placing second in each of them. They were the IFBB Ferrigno Legacy Pro, the NPC Junior USA Championships, and the Sacramento Governor’s Cup.

This sequence of second-place results came to an end when Jamie won the IFBB Fit World Pro, his first competition of the year.

By the end of 2017, Jamie participated in two more competitions, the IFBB Pittsburgh Pro and the IFBB New York Pro, finishing sixth in both.

How To Become A Coach?

Jamie became aware of his ability to inspire and assist others in achieving their fitness objectives as he went on his road to expanding his bodybuilding profession.

This in turn motivated Jamie to further assist people by working as an online personal trainer. With his vast exercise knowledge, Jamie was able to improve many people’s physical appearances.

An Emerging Icon

Jamie is still employed as a professional Classic Physique competitor and an online training coach.

One day, he intends to take home the Mr. Olympia Classic Physique title and establish himself as the sport’s greatest poseur.

“I believe some people train without considering the value of a broad range of motion. Going full range of motion causes the muscle to lose all of its targeted fibers and then regrow fully grown.

You only get half the muscle, half the gains, and half your body when you perform a half rep. Remember that bodybuilding is for the patient and discipline, therefore go for full ROM, the family.

Comparison Of Military Training With Gym Training

Jamie engaged in rigorous daily workouts that included push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups while he was in the Army. This has helped him lay the groundwork for his bodybuilding profession, which he later started.

Now that Jamie exercises mostly with weights in the gym, his training routine looks a little different, but the methodology is the same.

He exercises with the same intensity he did when serving in the Army, working every muscle fiber to the absolute limit and leaving nothing in the tank afterward. Incorporating super sets, drop sets, assisted sets, and doing everything to failure, he does this.

“I give it everything during every set, leaving nothing for the following set. I have continually pushed myself to do more.

Making No Apologies

Jamie said he is fully aware of the value of the diet, particularly for people who perform on stages professionally.

To achieve his bodybuilding objectives, he doesn’t make excuses, just like with his training.

Jamie specifically eats wild-caught salmon, skinless chicken breast, tilapia, egg whites, lean steak, quinoa, loads of green vegetables, low-glycemic fruits, and some healthy fats daily when he’s competing.

Jamie practices mindful eating, limiting his intake of processed foods and sweets even when he isn’t competing.

Supplements

Jamie consumes standard dietary supplements for a competitive bodybuilder. They consist of L-Carnitine, Protein Powder, Fat Burners, and BCAAs.

Influences and Idols

Jamie has had individuals in his life who have supported and encouraged him along the way, but in the end, his tenacity and determination to achieve are what has made him successful.
