Biography (Early Life)

Jeanette Jenkins

Taking After Her Brother’s Lead

At the age of 4, Jeanette started participating in athletics. Her older brother, who was an athlete himself, influenced her and was someone she looked up to.

He was always the best on the team, and I wanted to do everything he did because it was so thrilling. I wanted to juggle soccer balls, catch footballs, hit baseballs, and shoot on hockey nets.

At this moment, though, Jeanette was still ignorant of exercise and weight lifting.

Instructor Of Swimming And Fitness

Jeanette didn’t begin going to the gym until she was 16 years old. She first became interested in exercise at this point. Janette started working as a swimming and aqua fitness instructor in addition to her gym training.

This continued until college, at which point Jeanette switched to a new position as a soccer team’s sideline trainer. Her love for fitness blossomed, and she began working out in the gym in her free time.

Becoming A Trainer In Hollywood

After working as a swimming instructor and sideline soccer trainer, Jeanette decided to devote herself full-time to the fitness industry. She relocated to Hollywood to pursue her ambition of becoming a fitness trainer.

It was 1997, and Jeanette had recently relocated to Hollywood. She rapidly made friends with numerous LA fitness instructors who connected her with other industry figures and helped Jeanette significantly expand her clientele.

Jeanette made a concerted effort to achieve her goals between 1993 and 1997. She claims that this time wasn’t simple and that getting where she wanted to go required a lot of “blood, sweat, and tears.”

Fame

Jeanette developed her first group exercise class in Los Angeles after six years of working as a fitness professional there. The project was an immediate hit. New customers began to arrive, including some of the biggest stars in Hollywood.

Over the years, Jeanette developed a sizable online fan base and is now regarded as one of the most well-known figures in the fitness sector. Despite all of her accomplishments to date, Jeanette is still going strong and has no plans to stop anytime soon.

I have never advertised for a client in my career since I am so enthusiastic about what I do and thankful that every single one of my clients has been referred to me.

Training (Workout)

Jeanette Jenkins

High-Intensity

When working out, Jeanette Jenkins is renowned for moving quickly. She works out several muscle groups at once, which saves her time and maintains the level of intensity.

HIIT workouts are Jeanette’s preferred workout style for achieving this objective. These include performing brief bursts of vigorous exercise followed by a brief period of rest.

She carries through this process repeatedly throughout the workout so that by the time it is complete, her muscles are worn out and prepared for rest.

Here is an illustration of Jeanette’s ab routine using the HIIT ideas discussed above.

Workout HIT For Abs By Jeanette Jenkins

#1 Jump to Tuck and Plank (30-45 seconds, 2-3 sets)

This burpee-like exercise targets all of Jeanette’s leg muscles as well as her core, triceps, back, and biceps.

Jeanette makes sure to contract her abs when she raises her knees to her chest when executing this exercise. She assumes the plank position and then presses with her palms, keeping her shoulder blades tight the entire time.

Double Knee to Side Lunge #2 (30-45 seconds, 2-3 sets)

This exercise works on Jeanette’s lower body and raises her heart rate. She benefits from both aerobic and weight training from this.

Jeanette makes sure to land with a soft knee as she enters the side lunge section of the routine to safeguard herself from harm.

Squat Jump Heel Taps No. 3 (30-45 seconds, 2-3 sets)

Squat jump heel taps simultaneously engage Jeanette’s quarters, glutes, and inner thighs. She makes sure to land softly with each jump, just like with the triple knee-to-side lunge. In doing so, Jeanette spares her knees from undue strain.

#4 Leg Scissors in Ab-V (30-45 seconds, 2-3 sets)

The deep core muscles that support Jeanette’s spine are the focus of this exercise. Leg scissors with an abv hold is one of her favorite posture-enhancing exercises as a result.

She also works on her triceps and shoulders because she bends her arms during the activity. Leg scissors with an abv grip are a fantastic, versatile exercise because of this.

#5: Exit Plank and Perform a Push-Up (30-45 seconds, 2-3 sets)

Jeanette claims that this exercise strengthens her glutes, hamstrings, core, and shoulders. When she walks herself out and back, she makes sure to press as much as she can through her palms. This relieves strain on Jeanette’s wrists.

#6 Kneel to Plank (30-45 seconds, 2-3 sets)

Squat to plank is one of the challenging and strenuous exercises that Jeanette prefers to finish her workouts with. It’s a strength-training exercise that targets Jeanette’s glutes, upper body, core, and legs.

A Basic Circuit Procedure

The circuit exercise that Jeanette devised is shown below. She claims there is no need for equipment and it can be done anytime, anywhere.

The best part is that Jeanette has discovered this straightforward exercise might have a significant impact on fat loss.

  1. Squats (20 reps)
  2. Stationary lunge (16 reps)
  3. High knees (30 seconds)
  4. Skaters (30 seconds)
  5. Side leg taps or jumping jacks (30 seconds)
  6. Push-ups (25 reps)
  7. Ab tucks (15 reps)

Nutrition (Diet Plan)

Jeanette Jenkins has always thought that the food she consumes creates every cell in her body.

She exclusively consumes the highest-quality, organic, and unprocessed foods as a result. French fries and refined sweeteners are not permitted in her food plan.

According to Jeanette, if you continuously eat junk food, your body and cells will be rubbish. This does not imply that you will be overweight or obese, but rather that you will have cells of poor quality and be more susceptible to illness and disease.

Consume lean cuts of meat and organic dairy products without antibiotics or hormones to provide your cells with the best possible nutrition for the development of a robust, healthy body. Jeanne Jenkins
