The phrase AMRAS, which stands for “As Many Rounds As Possible,” will frequently be used in examples. which are exercises that are done in a specific amount of time with a specific number of repetitions, like;

10 jumping squats, 3 handstands, 5 box jumps, 2 rope climbs, and 20 jumps on the skipping rope.

In the next 20 minutes, this will be repeated as many as feasible.
