Actress Jennifer Aniston, 53 was on the cover of Allure in a teeny tiny bra. And her figure is stunning. She shares her diet and exercise regimen that keeps her so trim and toned.
Jennifer Aniston talks of her earlier days
Actress Jennifer is now 53. She has been in the public eye since many years. Recently, she was on the cover for the magazine Allure. She has an incredible figure. She wore a small Chanel bra in the cover pic. But her toned abdomen stood out remarkably to reveal her great shape. She still carries a youthful look. She talked about her diet, exercise, infertility and IVF. But she said that she is in a better state of mind and physical health now.
Just before the start of her Hollywood career and shooting for Friends, her agent had told her to drop 30 lbs though she had a good weight at that time. For the cover shoot for Rolling Stone in 1996, she had said:
‘My agent gave it to me straight,’
She admitted:
‘Nicest thing he ever did…. The disgusting thing of Hollywood — I wasn’t getting lots of jobs ’cause I was too heavy.’
She complied, changed her diet away from milkshakes and French fries with gravy and landed the role. She said:
‘It was a good thing to start paying attention.’
Jennifer’s diet over the years
She used to have five small nutritious meals per day earlier. She used to skip breakfast in 2021 and follow a 16:8 intermittent fasting diet. But now she takes her breakfast at 10 am. And she has expanded her eating window period.
Jennifer has a high protein and low carb and low sugar diet. She eats foods in moderation. She has regular facials to keep her skin complexion young. And she occasionally has her treat foods. But her strong will power and determination prevents her from eating more of them. Her size is two even now.
On the sets of Friends, daily she used to have Cobb salad. It consisted of egg whites in shredded lettuce, chicken, and garbanzo beans. In 2015 her personal trainer, Kathy Kaehler, had said:
“For breakfast, she enjoys things like ‘scrambled eggs with dried chili,’ washed down with hot water and lemon.”
She loves smoothies and oatmeal. She has clean eating and eats organic fruits and vegetables, she said in 2018.
Exercise and Jennifer
In 2015, her personal trainer had said that Jennifer does 5 of five-minute ‘workout blasts’ every day between her meals. In each of this burst, there is 1 minute each of tricep dips, tricep kickbacks, skipping, wall push-ups and floor push-ups.
She modified her workouts based on her age and now it is more focused on cardio. She calls it 15-15-15 method:
‘I usually do a trifecta. 15 minutes on the bike, 15 on the treadmill running and then 15 on the elliptical. You have to shake it up, you know, muscle confusion,’

After her back injury due to intense workout in 2020, she is now on Pilates with no running. She does Rise Nation (a fitness climbing cardio class) and jump roping. She said:
‘When my trainer Leyon, whom I love more than life, handed me a jump rope for the first time, I said, “You’re out of your mind,”‘
‘I would dread doing it and I would skip instead of jump over the rope,’
‘But within six months my jumping became fluid. Now I can just go and go and go.’
