Joanna and her daily diet
Joanna revealed that she stays alone. And she tries her best to keep her food budget low. Her shopping is mostly at Tesco. And her weekly expenditure on foods comes to around £50 in a week.
Talking about her typical daily diet, Joanna disclosed:
“I have a poached egg, smashed avocado and bacon on a bagel for breakfast. Lunch is something like salmon with a bit of rice, and for dinner I like making a chicken breast stuffed with Philadelphia and wrapped in bacon, then I serve with sweet potato fries or mash.”
She is not fussy about food. But of late, she has stopped eating shellfish, mussels and prawns. Her party dish over dinner is:
“I’d make arancini balls with truffle for a starter, Spaghetti Bolognaise for main and for dessert I’d whack out the Magnums. Everyone loves a Magnum!”
She loves crisps and in it her favorites are Prawn Cocktail Wotsits, Pickled Onion Monster Munch and Chilli Heatwave Doritos. In cocktails, she goes for lychee martini or maybe a porn star martini.
Nutritional expert opinion on Joanna’s diet and fridge
Nutritional expert, Juliette Kellow also went through the items in the fridge of Joanna. It had a lot of processed foods. Juliette opined:
“It’s great to see Joanna eats regularly, though her fridge includes quite a lot of processed foods, which can be high in salt.”
Further, she added:
“Swapping ready-made sauces for homemade ones and replacing pre-cooked chicken and ham with a roast chicken would be a good starting point. She could also also do with adding more fruit and veg to her diet, aiming for five portions daily.”
