Biography

Young Years

Joe always enjoyed playing football, rugby, and weightlifting with his pals as a kid.

The camaraderie and sincere desire to support one another in achieving their ideal physiques had an impact on Joe and the choices he would eventually make to become a professional fitness model.

Joe began to consider a career in fitness after reflecting on his fitness objectives and understanding his passion for fitness modeling.

After several months of training, he began to realize that his physique was improving more than he had anticipated.

His physique, muscle definition, and outlook on a fit lifestyle were all in perfect harmony. Joe interpreted this as proof that he was “born to do” it.

Joe applied with minimal difficulty for a degree in Strength and Conditioning as his college years drew near. With a degree in sports, he hoped to combine his love of muscle-building with his passion for mentoring others.

As he studied and put the new training techniques he had learned at the university to use, Joe worked out with even more fervor than before.

Although fitness modeling was his main objective, he also developed a passion for powerlifting. This enabled him to develop a larger frame than typical fitness models.

This inspired Joe to participate in powerlifting competitions, and in the end, he won the British Deadlift Record in 2009.

Championships in Powerlifting

He went on to win the British, European, and World Powerlifting Championship crowns in the same year, at the age of 19, not content with his previous success. Following his quick success, Joe began to focus more on modeling.

Following up on his athletic victories, Joe beat out the competition by utilizing his well-proportioned body and athletic frame to win the title of “Face of Gloucestershire.” Joe attributes the foundation of his accomplishments to his time spent powerlifting.

Miami Expert

Joe opted to train for the Miami WBFF Pro competition in 2014, taking his body one step further. Unexpectedly, he went on to win the match where he received his Pro card.

At this point, he caught the attention of several advertising agencies, and he agreed to sign deals to feature in commercials for the British and Irish Lions rugby teams.

Joe expressed his extreme happiness in promoting rugby because it was one of his earliest interests from childhood that steered him toward a fitness career.

Successful Career

Since then, Joe has joined the WBFF Pro championship, where he regularly models and represents the group.

Additionally, he received numerous endorsements from well-known supplement companies and is currently employed as a personal trainer.

It’s a tie between winning Miami Pro, my first-ever physique competition, and becoming the World Powerlifting Champion at the age of 19, along with breaking a British record, Joe said when asked what his career’s high point was. The sensation of being on top of the globe is unbeatable

Training

Joe enjoys including exercises like the deadlift, clean and jerk, squat, and push press into his workout regimen because they have helped him develop a well-rounded body during his time of powerlifting.

He says he’s willing to adapt his workout routine based on his goals. To add isolation exercises to his regular powerlifting practice, he will follow a 5-day split if he is competing in a modeling competition.
