Who is Justin Gonzales?

American WBFF Fitness Model World Champion, sponsored athlete, and well-known personal trainer Justin Gonzales.

Justin’s original aspiration as a child was to play professional soccer. After graduating from high school, he was offered a spot on the first division soccer squad due to his exceptional skill in the sport.

Short Career of Justin Gonzales

After accepting the invitation, Justin Gonzales spent two years playing soccer for Georgia Southern University. However, it was at this time that Justin started to regret choosing to enroll in the college he did.

He gave up on his studies in the second year after realizing that a college degree wouldn’t help him achieve the grandeur he desired.

The end of Justin’s academic career coincided with the end of his soccer career. Justin no longer felt a sense of direction in life or any passion to focus on.

Justin started frequenting parties and using alcohol because he was unable to deal with reality. But this didn’t last long since Justin soon recognized he was hurting himself more than helping.

Justin decided to focus on exercise at this moment to regain his health and fitness. Since that time, Justin hasn’t turned back.

He developed his expertise in the area of fitness throughout the years, becoming a personal coach and WBFF Fitness athlete. He also gained more experience and information about weight training and diets.

Here is his account:

“Perfect comes with practice. Probably since you were a young child, you have heard that. More precisely, you must exhibit persistence rather than practice for perfection. Anything may be mastered by doing that.”

No matter what you are doing, practicing once every two months won’t help you get particularly excellent at it. However, perseverance almost always yields results.

Biography

Early Sporting Events And College Dropouts

Justin Gonzales was a soccer player in his youth. He was born and reared in South Carolina. He began by playing soccer in high school, displaying impressive talent.

Because of his abilities, Justin was able to advance fast in the soccer levels, joining Georgia Southern University’s first division squad as soon as he graduated from high school.

Throughout his two years of college, Justin kept up with his soccer career. After this time, though, his life followed a different course.

After two years of study, Justin claimed he had concluded that his degree had no appeal to him. He decided to leave college as a result, which put an end to his soccer career.

I Then Turn To The Gym

After his time in college was finished, Justin felt lost and unsure of what he wanted to do with the rest of his life. He started drinking alcohol and having parties to deal with reality.

Justin’s health and appearance eventually began to suffer as a result of this. Justin’s athleticism declined to a mere shell of what it once was.

Justin eventually concluded that his unhealthy way of life had done him no good and had only made him feel and look worse. He decided to better look after himself as a result by going to the gym and working out with weights. By Justin himself;

To properly take care of myself, I started training in the gym and cut back on going out and partying. This was because I was known as a college dropout. Just Gonzales

Individual Trainer

Justin quickly developed a fascination with weight lifting. What began as a straightforward method of maintaining health quickly developed into a passion for fitness.

Justin eventually decided he wanted to work as a personal trainer. He achieved his objective in 2006 by landing his first position as a training instructor.

Completion Of His Degree

Justin was then given an unexpected opportunity two years later. He was granted a second opportunity to return to college, play soccer, and complete his degree.

This, in Justin’s eyes, was the perfect opportunity to merge his still-present love of soccer with his recently discovered enthusiasm for fitness. He decided to seize the chance and take the leadership position on his team.

According to Justin, “I was given the Captain role where I helped train my colleagues in the gym and was able to be a leader and role model for everyone on and off the pitch.

Getting that second opportunity was what paved the road for my fitness journey for me.

Full-Time Exercise

Justin discovered how much he enjoyed coaching people and imparting his knowledge of exercise and nutrition during his final two years of college.

As a result, he started considering dedicating himself to fitness coaching full-time after graduating from college.

Exactly this is what Justin did after finishing his education. Even though he was still incredibly passionate about soccer, he had to decide what he wanted to do for a living. In the end, he preferred fitness coaching to play soccer.

As a personal trainer at a gym, Justin greatly increased his influence over time. Because of his efforts and expertise in training, nutrition, and supplementation, he rose to fame.

Then, in 2012, Justin faced a fresh obstacle when his brother dared him to compete in a fitness challenge.

Justin agreed to the challenge and started getting ready for his first concert since he saw it as the perfect opportunity to advance his fitness profession.

WBFF Winner

Justin, a seasoned personal trainer, and former soccer player were aware of the amount of effort required to get ready for his first fitness competition.

This didn’t deter him at all, though. According to Justin, this served as motivation for him to show himself to his brother and to assess his potential as a fitness competitor.

Justin exercised at the gym every day during the preparations, pushing his body to the utmost. He also followed a strict diet plan, consuming lean meats like chicken breasts and low-fat cottage cheese to build a lean and muscular body for the stage.

Then, a few months later, Justin truly emerged as the contest’s victor, winning first place in the overall category.

WBFF Winner

One of Justin’s greatest achievements in his competitive career was made the year after, in 2013, when it happened. He competed in the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas Fitness Model World Championships, winning the competition overall.

From that moment on, Justin continued to participate yearly in fitness competitions. He had several titles by the year 2017. including the esteemed distinction of 2016 North American Overall Champion.

Since then, Justin’s popularity has continued to rise. To advance his profession in fitness and contests to the best level possible, he continually sets bigger goals for himself each year.

“If you’ve played this game long enough, you know that to advance to the next level, you continually need to switch up your routines. I’m constantly considering new strategies to contract my muscles to complete the maximum repetitions.

Training

Justin Gonzales

Pushing Oneself Physically

Every time Justin works out, he pushes his body to the maximum in the “old-school” manner. Justin works out till his muscles give out, to put it another way. Although some people may find this crazy, it has helped Justin get the finest results for his physique.

In terms of the specifics of his workouts, Justin regularly works out both his planned muscle group and his entire body, performing at least one exercise each day. He only values perseverance and discipline, not “overtraining.”

Here is Justin describing his training: “Even if I’m focusing on a specific muscle group on a given day, I like to target every body area with at least one set.

I’m used to maintaining that beach physique appearance because I grew up just 5 miles from the beach.

How To Prevent Accidents

Justin has experienced many injuries during his career playing soccer and competing in fitness events. He needed four surgeries as a result of his knee problems, which were the most serious.

Because of this, Justin emphasizes the need for stretching and warming up. He now always takes sure to provide adequate time to warm up before a strenuous workout.

As a result, he is better able to avoid accidents that would keep him away from the weight room for an extended amount of time.

Influences And Idols

Sources Of Motivation For Justin

Justin attributes his ability to develop strong principles early in life to his mother, who also helped him become the person he is now.

This, combined with Justin’s commitment to his goals and work ethic, allowed him to inspire others all around the world.

Building Self-Discipline To Achieve Success

Justin had to overcome many obstacles to win the 2013 WBFF World Champion title. One of those difficulties was continuing to follow his food regimen with discipline.

Being half-Philippino and half-Italian, as Justin noted, he yearned for things like bread, rice, and pasta. This was, needless to say, a challenging mental game.

The WBFF Fitness Model World Champion title was awarded to Justin as a result of his extraordinary restraint in resisting his urges.

When he was getting ready for the competition, Justin said the following about his diet: “It made me a sad guy at times, but I stuck with it, and look where it positioned me. had me compete against the top competitors and got me first place. It takes discipline to succeed. Just Gonzales

The first step is to believe and then keep faith in yourself and know that you are capable of anything, therefore if you don’t think you have what it takes to reach your goals, you’re probably right.
